But even though it came Early, it was Barely Warm. But that’s Much Better Than Totally Ice Cold as Some Delivered in Past. I guess Drivers Don’t use Pizza Warmer Containers! “Togos is my favorite sandwich shop in town! They load your sandwich with ingredients and flavor. The hot pastrami and chicken cheddar melt are a few of my favorites. The store is always immaculately clean and the staff are so polite and seem happy to be there! I also enjoy having the convenience to order from the kiosk or at the cashier. Even my online orders have been made quickly and to perfection! I will be a loyal Togos customer through and through. Great vibes, wonderful staff, and delicious food. A 10/10!“

Other competitors need to be trained at this location because most other places like mcdonalds, wendys, etc are a joke compared to this location. But the atmosphere here is definitely kind of odd, everytime I have been to this BK we have usually been the only people there, the lighting is kinda strange too and it just seems sort of dark and quiet in there and it just has a weird vibe. I mean I don't know, maybe I'm the weird one and this BK location is totally normal, but I don't know.“

“I stopped by for a quick snack and got 3 layer nachos and fries. The fries were hot and crispy and the 3 layer nachos were fresh and loaded with their signature nachos sauce. The only negative is my fry container was only half full. I have been coming to Del Taco for a long time and normally, the fries are covered with a napkin (overflowing) and placed in the bag. Other than that, no complaints.“

“Best Location in the Reno-Sparks Area

I live in Spanish Springs and have been to 4 of the 5 Qdoba locations in the Reno -sparks area.

This is the best location in the area is the South Meadows location. (197 Damonte Ranch Pkwy Unit E, Reno, NV 89521) I frequently drive the extra 1 hour to eat at this location because

Go here because:
1. Excellent customers service. There are only a few employees 2-3 all older and always friendly.
2. Excellent food quality, well seasoned meat and moist rice.
3. The portions are massive they always have to smash the lit onto the bowl and I get the same order from each location. Definitely worth paying the extra charge for double meat.
The other locations I’ve been to are good nothing ordinary but the Spanish Springs one should be avoided at all costs, just drive the extra distance to another location or easier just get Chipotle.

The Spanish spring location is by far the worst location. (151 Disc Dr Suites 105 & 107, Sparks, NV 89436) This isn’t a one off, it’s the normal at this location. Today 4/1/26 7pm there were 12 employees that we could see and this is the portions they give. Always tiny portions at this location and it’s painful watching them struggle to barely scoop the components almost like they are told to get as little on the spoon as possible. Let the picture speak for its self and they charged me double meat because I asked for chicken and steak. Which I’m fine paying for if the portions reflect double meat.

Reasons to avoid this location:
1. Terrible customer service. Employees are all short and rude even when they have 12 members visible that we can count. Most employees here are just rude kids.
2. Food is always poor quality barely seasoned and rice is always dry.
3. Portions are tiny every time like its managements intention to give little portions.

Management take note, and please give the south Reno employees a raise.“

“Came in after seeing the new waffle promo on tv got a tender meal with a side of mac n cheese and before i could finish filling my drink my order was ready to go and it did not disappoint tenders were quite large and tasty full of flavor mac n cheese was nice and creamy and the waffle was perfect.“

“I’ve never been a huge Panda Express fan, but this location has turned me in to a BIG fan. In my previous experiences with other locations over the years, food and service was always equally terrible. I originally went to this location just to get spring rolls because I thought it would be a safe choice. The staff were so friendly, the presentation of the food was amazing and everything was freshly made. After eating my spring rolls (which were delicious) I decided to go back an hour later and get a family meal. The place was packed, line was out the door, and they were super busy with to go orders as well. Even so, staff were very professional and friendly. As I was waiting for some of my order to be made, a manager came to ask me what I was waiting on and he expedited things for me…which wasn’t necessary but it was very nice of him. The restaurant is also very clean and I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes for my freshly made order. Last but definitely not least the food was amazing. Best chow mein I’ve ever had and the orange chicken is absolutely delicious. I also got the fried rice, mushroom chicken, black pepper angus steak, and kung pao chicken-all very good. Food and service is much better than some of the local Chinese restaurants I’ve tried in the area. Thank you to the staff on 12/21/2023 for a great experience.“
