“One of the best, if not the best taco wagons we’ve found in all of Washoe County! I love tamales and always try them at Mexican restaurants, 9 out of 10 times they’re overfilled with masa and little to no meat and DRY. Not these at TMG- even my husband will eat these as he says all tamales are small, dry and full of masa. I’ve never ordered tamales from the same rest twice except here. Serving portion on all their food is grande. Cannot say I have a favorite dish here as I love the shrimp enchiladas and the tamales are top notch. My husband says the burritos are #1 but I always stick to the tamales and enchiladas. Some day I’ll try them! The enchiladas serve 2, and the tamales are the largest I’ve seen, so one served with rice & beans will have you filled!“

“This lady started her business selling tamales from her car almost 30 years ago. She has had her own store front now for several years. Extremely hard work and the best damn tamale In 500 miles!
She has a small, little cafe that local work crews like to frequent, but most of her business is take out.
Posole and Rice pudding is absolutely amazing!

“I come in frequently and everytime I order oysters they are tiny , they used to be good size or large ,not even an extra to make up for the loss or a discount for something not worth paying for. The seafood soup is good but the fake crab is horrible better to remove it or change type of crab for a better one .I'll give it a try soon to see if anything changes and hopefully the micheladas are better too ,just beer and clamato won't do in my opinion“

“Mom and pop establishment. Nothing fancy about this restaurant, but the food is always good! The carnitas are very good and also their enchilada sauce. You cannot beat their prices for the quality of food provided.

“Lupita, sorry if the spelling is wrong, is a great hostess and the food is amazing. If you’re looking for authentic Nayarit dishes, the seafood here is off the hook. I heard about this place so I had to drive from Southlake Tahoe to come check it out definitely worth it. I had the fish tacos. Also ask for their hot sauce which is really amazing. It has a perfect hint of heat and sweet.“

“Went into the drive through. Food was great. By the time I payed for a burrito, and they have a tip on the credit card Machine, it was pretty close to 20 bucks for the standard burrito by itself. It was good. It was pricey. Not saying don't go here. However I am not going here a few days a week.“

“I am not a person who writes reviews. But this restaurant caught my attention.
I decided to try this Mexican restaurant for my lunch break.
I called and ordered a carnitas burrito to go.
I'm eating and I'm halfway through as I write this.
The rice is soft and has good flavor.
Beans are the perfect amount for this burrito.
The meat is juicy, soft with flavor and has a very good measure of salt.
Accompanied by a little pico de gallo.
All this wrapped in a warm and soft flour tortilla.
The truth is that this burrito is delicious. Reminds me of mom's food. Made at home with a very special and fresh flavor.
You definitely have to try it. Whether it's the burrito or anything else on the menu.
I am delighted and of course I will return.
I miss my mother's food and this place has such a good flavor that it makes my mind go back to when I was a child.
