I stopped at a chain donut chain the day before and was left with artificial tasting donuts, so I was more than eager to give a local shop a try. It was worth it! Yes, you may pay a bit more than some chains, but the quality more than makes up for it.
Nothing fancy, just your basic donuts, which was all I was after. The simple comfort of fried dough doesn't need to be complicated or gourmet all the time.

“We went there before 9am Sunday. What an unexpected pleasant experience of a nice breakfast café in town! We loved the crispy almond croissant, sweet Frank roll and matcha latte. Ample sitting areas for two or bigger groups. They even have photo booths for fun! Reasonable pricing at about $10 for a coffee and pastry. They even have house coffee beans for sale.“

“I usually love crumble but unfortunately when I recently went, the cookie I wanted was sold out as well as 3 others. I chose a different cookie but when I got home excited to just eat a cookie they got my order wrong and gave me one of the cookies that were sold out. Its confusing whether it was sold out or not but either way they got my order wrong which is very disappointing and annoying.“

“Stopped in to get my hubby a muffin after surgery and it was the best muffin he ever ate! Came back 4 days later and got 4 muffins, a bear brownie, 4 croissants, 2 cookies, 2 coffees and these little rum deserts that is better than, well, you know! We will be back often. Everything is made fresh there and you can taste the freshness. I would compare the taste to a five star Michelin rated restaurant. And the service is amazing. Personable, friendly and welcoming.“

“I’ve been obsessed with these cookies for a while now and it’s gotten to the point where I needed to download the app just so I can get the updated weekly lineup. I really love the fact that you can either get a large, mini and/or single size dessert option depending on what you’re in the mood for. This time I decided to order them through the app for pick-up and I didn't have to wait long to receive them once I got there.

I got a 3-pack mini which included the raspberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake and the S’mores skillet cookie. I decided to add on the cinnamon roll cheesecake in the larger size because all of their cheesecakes tend to be so delicious. I loved the raspberry cupcake and the buttermilk pancake cookies. They were so soft and chewy with a ton of flavor. The cinnamon roll cheesecake was my absolute favorite. It was decadently sweet with a buttery graham cracker crust that paired perfectly with the rich, creaminess of the cheesecake filling. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a big fan of the S’mores skillet cookie. The flavor was good, but it was a bit overcooked on the edges which gave it a very crispy and somewhat tough texture.

I’ve been to many different locations, but I really love how close this is to my home and how friendly the customer service is. This spot is usually fully stocked with all of the new flavor arrivals. I’m already planning on making a trip back, just so I can get the cinnamon roll cheesecake before the lineup changes.“

“5 stars isn't enough for this review. Cannot speak highly enough about the staff and the food quality at Bagel Cafe. As the General Manager of a local business, we were in need of a place to prepare a holiday meal for us - and in the 11th hour at that. The Chef immediately jumped on the phone with us and gave us many options and truly delivered for us. We purchased enough Turkey to feed our Team of 30 people. It was absolutely DELICIOUS. SO flavorful and juicy and you could cut it with a fork. Our Team RAVED about the meal. Everything was ready on time and thier Team greeted us with a smile. They truly saved the day! “I live right behind this fabulous French bakery! We go weekly! Their baguette is the best along with all their danish! They call them muffins but they’re more like little cakes so moist! From chocolate, apple, pistachio, raspberry, and blueberry! Croissants giant fluffy and flaky! Now it’s soup season and their purées are Amazing!!! A new item the Summer salad I’m addicted to! “My husband and I made a special trip to this bakeshop because they support teachers. I'm not usually a fan of cupcakes because I don't eat frosting, but every once in a while, we want an extra treat. We were early greeted right when we came in the door, and the smell was heavenly. It would be worth driving out of your way simply for that scent. We picked out the funfetti and chocolate cupcakes. The chocolate was very rich. It was moist and very tasty but needs a glass of milk to go with it. The funfetti was one of the best cupcakes I've ever had. It was light, sweet but not overly so, and we could have easily eaten a dozen more. I highly recommend it and will be heading back to get one in the future.“

“I've visited this location multiple times during my visits to Las Vegas. This place never disappoints. There's a wide selection of bakery items and lots of coffee drinks. We ordered the flattened croissant, sweet rice donut, and croquette (regular and kimchi). All were delicious. The flattened croissant was really big and crunchy, just as it should be. The regular croquette was my favorite item. When not in the mood for something sweet, the croquette hit the spot. Service was good as well. We will be back during our Vegas trips.“

“Absolutely outstanding!! As someone with gluten, dairy, soy, egg white, and oat allergies, it is nearly impossible to feel safe eating out. Troi exchanged multiple emails with me to further inquire about my needs and to make suggestions on what I could eat. He knew not only the ingredients in each dish, but whether each ingredient was safe! For instance, their tomatillos are processed in a facility that also handles wheat, so he said to steer clear of that salsa, but if I could handle heat, I could eat their CK Red salsa. They were transparent about everything and he said to ask for Tami when we arrived. We did, and she introduced herself. She's the owner and is GF, with a sensitive daughter as well, so nothing gets by them. You can tell when people love their work, and it is evident here. I felt cared for and you can taste it in every bite, from the amazing pulled pork carnitas and crispy smashed potatoes to their yummy decaf coffee (which, let's face it, is rarely good anywhere). My friend inhaled her vegan avocado tacos and we immediately made plans to come back for Sunday brunch. Plus it's easy to find, roomy and classy with indoor and outdoor dining options. So happy to have found these folks!“

“I recently visited LAS for the first time & wanted to try at least one local coffee shop while I was there. I pulled up a list of coffee shops on Maps & had one of my teenagers pick. They narrowed it down to Mothership & another place. We chose Mothership & I was not disappointed. I’ve had coffee all across the country and the latte I had from Mothership was definitely top 2 of any I’ve had. “I reached out to Mary’s cakes 2 days before needing a cake for my daughter’s 21st birthday we were going to be celebrating in Vegas. I explained my home baker lost my custom cookie order and I had nothing to bring for our celebration. Mary’s Cakes was so nice and very accommodating. They ended up having some extra 6” inch cakes and I was able to place an order. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was probably the best cake I’ve ever tasted!!
