Coffees and pastries were really good. The hours at the location in the Circus Circus are horrible. We stayed at Circus Circus Saturday thru Wednesday. Sips was closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Pretty sad!!!

Got some on the go coffee and breakfast on a Monday morning as a wake up call before we checked out of the hotel. I ordered the hazlenut latte, almond croissant, and a blueberry muffin. The almond croissant had a sweet almond layer atop a crisp flaky delite. The blueberry muffin was noted as very sugary and wouldve been better warmer than cold as its been sitting on the display for probably a few hours. The latte tasted okay. Came in the evening so selections even though was limited was still good! Originally wanted gelato but they didn't carry a flavor I liked so ended up with a cherry danish and chocolate croissant. The cherry danish was super delish, it had WHOLE cherries! And the chocolate croissant wasn't overwhelming with sugar so overall tasty!! My friends ordered teas and we all enjoyed our little snacks. The clerk was super nice :)
