Normally, I have no issues. But today I got a chicken sandwich instead of the cheeseburger that I ordered. I was in a hurry, so I didn't go back and I ate the chicken sandwich.Also, while not at this location yet, at other locations, when I ask for extra sauce packages, it seems about 50% of the time I don't get them.Now, don't get me wrong, I love Sonic! It's just a small issue as far as i'm concerned.I recommend ?
I waited at the drive up window for almost 10 minutes. When I finally got someone to come to the window and talk to me, they passed off the extreme weight as they were waiting for my sandwich to cook. Yet they served multiple people behind me in line, and didn't really seem to care less that I had been waiting a ludicrous amount of time for a chicken slinger sandwich. If this is fast food, next time I'll kill it and cook it myself.

My husband and I started eating here about eight months ago. Am sure we eat there now three times a month. Love the drive in stalls. However we are disappointed when we can't place order at the car stalls nor the walk up order kiosk. We do not do drive through. Seems it is happening too often. We will always continue to enjoy Sonic but sure hope the drive up stalls are more available. Also agree with the guy who said layout for drivers not good at all.
