“The last time I came, I was in a huge hurry for lunch and they accommodated. So I kind of felt obligated to come tonight for dinner.
Except as I walked up, I realized it was 10 min until closing. The man (owner??) assured me it was okay. Once again, accommodating me.
If you value great service, avoid the national chains and eat at a place like this. Great authentic food, served by nice people.“

“Whenever I’m in the Reno/Tahoe area, Western Village is on my “must do” list.\nThis casino has two of the best restaurants around! The Steakhouse and Pancho & Willies Mexican restaurant. The frozen margaritas are outstanding! The food fabulous! We love it here. We spend the night so we don’t have to worry about driving over the mountain at night. The margaritas, queso and fajitas are great. The casino is awesome. Caters to locals and every level of player. We love that we can have wonderful Mexican food, gamble and spend the night!“

“The menudo here is bomb! I never thought I was going to get handmade tortillas but boy I got a surprise. This places is definitely a jewel in town if your looking for a good menudo, this place is definitely a must go, they are also way different than others this place will ask you if you’ll like pata or not. Not like in other places they just won’t even ask you nor add it. Definitely recommend them definitely will be coming to try other foods from their menu.

Parking: They have parking in front of the store but they also have lots more in front of them.“

“Came with my wife for dinner and were able to be seated quickly as we just beat the dinner rush. Daniel was our server and he did a great job taking care of us. Let me tell you they pour the margaritas strong! No complaints there! My wife ordered carne asada tacos and was served chicken tacos instead. We notified Daniel about the mistake and he came back not even 2 minutes later with fresh carne asada tacos. Daniel was really tentative and took care of us! Will definitely be returning in the future!“

“An overlooked restaurant. I've had both breakfast and dinner there. Food is good, breakfast a little expensive. Chili rellenos are very good tacos not so much but still very edible. Just enough presence to make sure we were happy, but left us to enjoy our conversation and food.“

“Don't let the line going out the door scare you off. After you get through the line it was like 5 minutes later my food was ready. Why is the line so long? Because the food portions are ridiculous. I ordered the super burrito and it weighs 2 pounds. Its like combining 4 TacoBells burrito supremes into one huge burrito for 12 bucks. Dont believe me,I took a picture after I ate half of it and look at it compared to my big hand. Its like 3 full meals. Wife ordered the Nachos and its her meal for the next two days.

“First time and finally found a true Mexican restaurant. Lilly is the perfect server. They brought salsa verde which was ok but wanted red. It was much too hot to eat. The only disappointment here. The Cadillac Margarita is great. Just did a little more Grand Marnier if you want sweeter.
The Chile Relleno was perfect! Not mushy. The Creamy Chicken Enchiladas were yummy.
Also, plenty of TV's to watch sports.“

“Today we went here to purchase some masa fina( masa to make tortillas). My husband and I met the owner Stacy. What a wonderful, engaging, friendly, knowledgable and interesting young lady she is. We had such a wonderful visit. She is beyond passionate about her business and products, and we spent almost an hour chatting with her about her business and her passion..I was happily surprised to hear the corn they use is non GMO..which is hard to find and is another layer of quality. Today I purchased the masa, some house made lard, and some of their tortillas that they make out of their specialized drier masa that are made to become chips. The whole space is clean, as in spotless, in front of house and in the back where the masa magic happens. We are going back soon to eat..yes, not only do they make fresh masa/tortillas, they have an extensive authentic menu and we are so excited to be treated to their cuisine. In the mean time..came home and started pressing masa and making tortillas. These were the best tortillas I have had outside of Mexico, and they were in my own kitchen!..If you are a passionate cook, and love real Mexican food..here is your place..“
