“We stumbled on this place because we drove by and saw a sign out with taco specials. The 1$ chicken tacos were excellent! Service was excellent as well. I definitely will be returning.The only thing I could even come close to knocking on them would be their location.“

“Loved the warm welcome at the hostess podium. The decor was comfortable- south-of-the-boarder, and it made us feel like we were in a relaxed Mexican resort. Our server, Julie, was just the right amount of attentive, making sure our needs and wants were met. The margarita was delish, the complimentary warmed tortilla chips and salsa was top notch. I had the Honey Salmon with baked potato, husband had the Macho Burrito/pork and the black beans. The main dishes were generously portioned, and we really could have just ordered one and split it -- would have meant there were room left for one of the delicious sounding desserts. We will return, and highly recommend!“

“The menudo here is bomb! I never thought I was going to get handmade tortillas but boy I got a surprise. This places is definitely a jewel in town if your looking for a good menudo, this place is definitely a must go, they are also way different than others this place will ask you if you’ll like pata or not. Not like in other places they just won’t even ask you nor add it. Definitely recommend them definitely will be coming to try other foods from their menu.

Parking: They have parking in front of the store but they also have lots more in front of them.“

“I had the Create your Own, 3 choice. I chose 2 Chili Rellenos and a Pork Tamale plus beans and rice.

The Pork Tamales were very good. They had plenty of pork and the right amount of corn meal for the pork on the outside.

The Chili Relleno were also very good. They were filled with lots of cheese and cooked in eggs. The sauce that covered the peppers was not too mild or too hot.“

“I visited LasTrojes with a large group of friends for lunch. Our server, Izzy, I believe , was outstanding. She worked to keep track of our orders and made sure they were delivered hot and ready.
The food was fantastic, flavorful, tasty, and well presented. My cheese rellano was delicious.
I recommend this location as the server worked hard to make sure the orders were correct.“

“Tried this place for the first time. It was recommended to me by a client that comes into the shop and it was an excellent recommendation. Got my self a torta with a strawberry banana smoothie, delicious!!! One of the best torras I’ve had in town and the fruit smoothie was refreshing on this hot day! Can not wait to try this place again.“

“I have driven past this restaurant hundreds of times who would know that I would have this little Mexican Gem practically in my back yard. The man at the counter was incredibly polite and friendly. We bought a burrito for myself and tacos for my wife they were delicious. I asked about a drink they had, Rice water, and he gave me a free drink to go. It was delicious. I can’t wait to try other food at this place. I highly recommend.“
