“This is such a wonderful find and definitely one of my favorite new dive bars when in Reno. We heard about the shrimp scampi dinner they serve on Friday nights before ever stopping in, then again our first couple times coming by for a drink. A couple weekends ago we called to see about the dinner sometime early Friday evening, but learned they had already sold out and stopped serving. So while in town this weekend, we stopped by early evening (around 5) for the famous dinner and sat at the bar sipping drinks while we watched the seafood and pasta being prepared. It was less than $20 for a large plate of pasta with tons of shrimp and garlic bread on the side. Between that and the shrimp cocktail appetizer that the two of us shared, we left full and very satisfied.
Great staff, lively atmosphere, good prices, and a ton of fun things to look at while sitting at the bar. They have a pool table, and there's a barber shop attached (but we haven't been there when they've been open), and not sure if theyre related or just sharing a space. I highly recommend checking out this bar if youre in the mood for a drink, and if you're lucky enough to stop by on a Friday night, you're in for a treat with the dinner. Bring some gum for after dinner - lots of wonderful chunks of potent garlic in the scampi! :)“

“Very good food. I have tried several dishes here; my favorite non spicy dish is the bibimbap and my favorite spicy dish is Dakgaejong (which they are able to make super spicy!). Great meat and vegetarian options. Great spicy options. Good service. Very chill vibes, usually pretty quiet when I go. Appetizers and drinks are also good here.“

“Our server Oscar was amazing. We had the private dining room in the back and were celebrating my wife's birthday, 8 adults, 2 children (3 an 1-1/2 years old). The private dining rooms look like it could hold 20 people. Fireplace, two TV's,(which we did ask to put on a baseball game with no volume, and they did) and right outside the door is a private single use restroom for all restaurant guests. Appetizers were oysters, calamari, stuffed crab mushrooms, escargot. Food was great, our group varied from petrole sole, ribeye, short rib, rack of lamb, prime rib, ny choice, and steak diane. Desserts were cheesecake, bread pudding, and creme brule. Drinks were Dragon Paloma(many), Frank Family Wine 455, old fashions, and mint expressor martini(dessert), and makers and coke. The manager was very accommodating, and she checked on us frequently. The pre dinner drinks in the bar were excellent as well. Spent about 3-1/2 hours for appetizers, dinner, and desserts. Did not feel rushed at all. All the staff from hostess, bartender, manager, server, all polite, all professional, and accommodating. Recommend highly. Will be going again.“
