“I have nothing but good to say about this family owned and operated chinese restaurant when we use to live in sun valley nv area we would eat at this location every time we wanted chinese food always friendly respectful and if you need food delivered this place can also do that too. Food was always tasty and always hot the flavors are great clean restaurant. I highly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed!“

“What a find! So relieved to find great Chinese food in Reno. Great soups (tried them all!), kung pao shrimp, szechuan chicken, and the fried rices were fluffy, flavorful and delicious (not oily and hard like most other places). Even had the right fortune cookies.

Great value, too. Our takeout order was packed perfectly so no spilling or heat loss, though the car smelled great! Will definitely be back (soon!). Thank you!

“Best Vietnamese restaurant in Reno. We ate here for the first time last night and can’t wait to go back. The two waitresses were so lovely and helpful. The food here taste like real Vietnamese food. The Cha Gio was the best tasting we have had since moving here 8 months ago. . We also had delicious Singapore noodles and a hot pot. We will go back often. Only thing we would wish to change is that we would love to see a bahn mi sandwich served here. I am sure it would be delicious. We have not had a good one since we moved here.“

“Fortune Palace rocks!!! Best hot and sour soup in the United States, really!!! Our group meets for dinner on Sundays for the past 7 years and we have always experienced great service and GREAT food. I have never had a bad meal there and Sharon’s crew is very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended!!!“

“Probably the best pho/meal in all of Reno. If I had to recommend only one spot to get food, I would choose this place over and over. The pho broth is consistently delicious, quality is always superior and the service is unlike anywhere else. I’ve been coming to this spot for about 2 years now and am always blown away at how incredible the service is and how *amazing* the food always is. I swear it gets better each time. I especially love that when you ask to take your pho to go, they will give you fresh rice noodles to take so that it’s just as good when you reheat at home. The aunties that work there are just amazing. I also would like to point out that one time I had a bad stomach ache and had to leave my group to finish their food and an auntie gave my GF a cup of sprite to bring out to me to settle my stomach. I will always be a customer here and continue to tell everyone about this place.“

“Traditional chinese food. Slightly nicer ambiance. Was looking for chinese food for lunch on a Sunday. 4% cheaper if you pay with cash. Fried chicken that we were told would take 20 minutes took 30 minutes and honey glazed walnut shrimp and shrimp chow fun took 50 minutes. The shrimp chow fun was a bit saltier then we would have liked but staff told us it was because that's how the non-asian people liked it. The food is good. I may consider coming back here. Parking lot was easy to park at. Coffee N' Comics is right next door.“

“My husband ordered a combination plate over the phone, but when he arrived at Hong Kong Express, there was a small mix-up and he was given three à la carte items instead, fried rice, vegetable delight, and General’s chicken.

What really stood out was how the staff handled it. They were extremely professional, didn’t get upset or rude at all. Instead, they honored the original combination plate price and told my husband he could keep all the food!

The customer service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. We’re very happy with our experience and will definitely be recommending Hong Kong Express to family and friends. We’ll be back for sure!“

“We Adore the Egg Roll King 2. But in our book it is #1. We have ordered from them for many many years. Ming is a Sweet, Wonderful Representative. He is Kind. Friendly. Professional. “Have ordered take away from here a few times now. Wife and kids love the egg drop soup and chow mein. All of the food we have had so far is pretty good. Decent amount of food for the price. Orders I have made have only taken 15 minutes, but ordering ahead can be a small issue. Last time I had to call 3 times to get someone to pick up. Luckily I was 30 minutes away when I started, so when I DID make my order it was still ready for me by the time I got there.

Parking: There are several parking spots around the restaurant. The few times I have ordered from here parking has never been an issue.“

“I ordered the food for my friend so I don't know how the food tastes yet. I used the doordash app and placed a pickup order. In the app it would not allow me to select the same meat option twice so I put in the comments and ask them to do double sweet and sour chicken. When I arrive to pick up the order the the man at the counter was extremely enthusiastic, very polite and was like I made sure I had your double chicken for you and then even included double sweet and sour sauce for our egg rolls. I absolutely love that he took care of us. And his enthusiasm was refreshing“

“I came here after work with a big appetite, hoping to score some great food and meet some cute ladies. As with most Asian restaurants, the Fried Crab Rangoon was a great choice, and you KNOW you can't go wrong with the wantons. I also got the chicken with seasonal vegetable (which is apparently celery by the way) which was very tasty. As for sushi, I got the black dragon roll which SLAPS. And I couldn't leave without trying some Pho, so I got the steak and beef ball (heavy on the balls), and let me tell you, it CHANGED me.

Didn't meet any ladies because I was too focused on the incredible food I was given.

“This is a budget friendly all you can eat buffet with Mongolian Grill style food in addition to traditional dishes, sushi, ice cream, salad, fruit, and desserts. The food is always fresh and tasty. It's not high end. It's family owned and pretty straightforward. love it!“

Two things here, food was excellent but portion wise for the price we paid total of $65 compare to other Asian restaurants was ridiculously small. What a wonderful taste of home. The smell, even the vibes but the TASTE. Oh My Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown... the taste is uncanny.
They make such goooooood food. Their 3 meat option is by far the best. I get full and go home with extra.
They even have the most high lovely spirited women working there and one grumpy man. Just like back in California (just for the food) 🤣.

“I order the same thing every time. Mongolian beef Singapore noodles and shrimp fried rice. There's two of us and we split the noodles. Big portions, serious flavor and not greasy. Not greasy is prolly the biggest plus for me. Too many of these joints be drowning their shtt in oil. The guy might sound a little gruff on the phone but he is a rockstar. “This Chinese restaurant had authentic and great Chinese dishes. They did not serve any Shanghai food, instead, they had some good Cantonese and Szechuan style food. My friend liked its Szechuan spicy chicken nuggets. I tried the fried noodle. It tasted sort of mediocre. The price was fine and the size was great. Service was amazing and WiFi was provided.“
