“I came to Schussboom Brewing for a work party, and this is my second time visiting. It has picnic style seating with multiple tables inside and outside. They have outdoor seating in the front with fire pits, a back patio, and outdoor seating on the roof! There was plenty of room. During busy occasions, I noticed the parking fills up, and there is no parking lot nearby to walk to Schussboom when their lot is full. This time, I was able to get a spot as it was before the peak times. The ordering process is a bit different here. You order from a cashier. If you order a drink, you wait for it to come out to you by the bar, and if you also order food, they give you a buzzer, and when it rings you go to a separate location to pick up your food. There is no waiter/waitress or anything like that, it is more of a "self serve" style. If it is busier/peak times, you will wait for your food/drinks. I ordered the Soprano sandwich with fries ($18), and two spicy margaritas ($12 each). The sandwich was super good and very full with meats and other fillings. The focaccia bread on it was very fresh, delicious, and made there! The fries were also hot and fresh. Our spicy margaritas, however, were not spicy at all. I would call it a regular margarita on the rocks, but with a Tajin rim. Since I was at a work party, others ordered food items such as pizzas, cheese curds, and chicken wings. I had a few cheese curds and bites of pizza, and those were also delicious. I have had their pizza before, and I enjoyed it the last time I was here too. I love the thin crust and how it is fired.“
“Such a nice breakfast place! We shared the avocado toast and some pancakes and they were splendid. It is worth mentioning that the service was absolutely fabulous, with all the personal being extremely friendly and personable. Cherry on the cake, the inside is very charming and brand new. Strongly recommend!“

“This place was awesome! Great food and friendly staff. Our kids had so much fun watching the staff make pizzas while they got to flip their own dough at the same time. Make a day trip and go for lunch on Saturday and then go to Carson Hot Springs across the parking lot and finish your outing with a great local beer from the Shoetree Brewery next door and live music to enjoy along with the outstanding selection of beer and ales.“
“We enjoyed the regular pork schnitzel and the pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy. Both came with piping hot garlic fries -- really good! Our server took great care of us. I had the Rosé cider, which was excellent, and my friend had a German lager. All desserts are made on premises, and we look forward to trying the bienenstich sometime soon. This staff has it down, whatever they’re doing they’ve mastered it! Regardless of how busy they are, you will find the service to be friendly & efficient. “First visit but won't be the last. I'm not a big pizza fan so when pizza was suggested, we wanted to try some place new to us. This was yummy. I had the "Everything" pizza split with my husband and my daughter had a small white sauce pizza. Fantastic crust, tasty sauce and quality toppings. Enjoyed a glass of wine too. “My husband and I headed over for dinner as we were both craving a burger. We opted for the cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese- he had fries and I am a total lover. They cook to order which resulted in super hot fries and tots. Yum! The decor is minimal and yet kind of kitschy so it's nice. It was kind of cool so a bit more heat would have been nice. “I came in for some pizza and also ended up getting the egg rolls. The pizza was just right. The vegi pizza had a ton of garlic. Luckily that’s exactly how I like it, but I know that’s now everyone’s thing. The egg rolls are pretty much the same you get at jack in the box, but fried a bit longer so they are more crispy. In a town with not many options for food. I can definitely say this isn’t a bad choice. With that said I would have preferred to give them a 3.7 rating, but that isn’t an option on google“
