“T3 nutrition is the place to go to get your health and wellness on. You have Val and Brandon who will guide you through a workout journey a weight loss journey and help you be the best person you can be. The shakes there are phenomenal!!! They have these delicious protein waffles you have to try them they are out of this world! And on top of that you can't beat the company that comes in everyone is so friendly everyone is so helpful everyone is so nurturing and caring I love going to this place and I will be here and work out with them as long as they'll let me!“

“Just have to give a quick shoutout to Hard Bean on Merrick Ave. Victor and his wife Elise opened 10 days ago just north of the train station. My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. It’s charming inside and the coffee is delicious and less expensive than *$s. They are literally a mom and pop shop and after spending some time there I wanted to post to support and recommend Hard Bean to all the locals.“
“I used to order here regularly. The food is AMAZING. Portions were pretty good as well. Macros are clearly broken down on the labels. I moved to FL three years ago and I’ve been struggling to find a place like this again. Out of all the meal prep spots on LI, I would pick this one every time and I’ve tried quite a few of them.
