“Always delicious - its impossible to make the critical decision of what flavor to go with. To further complicate the decision, they added some new cookie dough creation. Luckily you can go back as often as you like to taste them all. Maybe I should do that.... go everyday until tasting them all.“

“If you're looking for a healthy lunch option then check out SoBol! Love their new Spirulina Bowl. It has such great flavor and so many great health benefits. They also have your typical acai, green and pitaya bowls too with tons of options for toppings. You can add Nutella, chocolate chips, protein, chia seed, etc! A little on the pricier side compared to a few other acai bowl places around but overall great place!“
“My absolute favorite coffee shop!! I am in the hard bean at least twice a week and I have had nothing but great experiences! The coffee is consistently good, and the food items are always fresh. The service is outstanding and the staff is always kind and attentive. I typically bring my laptop and stay for a while to get some work done, and this is a great place to do so. The WiFi is great and the atmosphere is always very calm. I love that when I go I am supporting a local family business that is hardworking and dedicated to what they do. I also got the punch card and my 8th coffee was free! Great touch for frequent flyers in the Merrick area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good coffee in Nassau county!“
