“Only bad thing I can say is I drove 20 miles to get their chicken dinners. I call first to ask if they still have chicken at 6:00pm the girl told me they had plenty. 20 minutes later I showed up and they were out of chicken. I even tried to order ahead to make sure they would have it but she said they only do call ahead for orders of 10 or more.“

“Large portions, friendly knowledgeable staff, nice comfy layout. Sauces were tasty. Pit beans spot on, cornbread was not dried out. Pulled pork was very flavorful as well as the turkey. Get there early though they sell out for a good reason!“

“I lived in the area 40 years ago and miss Spiedies to this day. We were driving from Oklahoma to New Hampshire and went out of our way to stop in Endicott for Lupo’s Spiedies. “Wonderful service. I think the owner was around too. Very kind and funny gentleman. The folks at the register were very polite and answered all my questions (and even waited a moment while I went to get some change). Lots of options. The salt potatoes are delicious. The tzaziki dressing was absolutely my favorite. Can't wait to try the ice cream next time we visit. There's an kids play area for little ones and older kids too and it's on the back, so we can eat and watch the kids without worrying that they'll go out to the road. Lots of parking.“

“Old style neighborhood ice cream shoppe. He was out of a lot of flavors from a busy day & we showed up late. But it was still hard to decide which kind to get. It's is Perry brand ice cream and we all liked it. After chatting with some other customers, we sat outside. I feel that Smarty is this generation's Pat.“
