“Pretty busy early Saturday morning around 730. Mostly takeout orders, so it was easy to grab a table. Donuts were pretty average imo, but my wife enjoyed her chocolate glazed donut. The BEC on a bagel was solid. I wished the egg was fried a little better and the bacon could be crispier, but the bagels themselves were delicious. Not as dense/large as the NYC ones and a tad softer. Would happily return.“

“Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

They were light and not greasy like other donut shops. Unfortunately, I don't live in NJ but in Westchester County, and that won't stop me from coming back to get these delicious donuts again. ?“

“Love the donuts. I wish I knew this place when I wasn't trying to lose weight. The variety of donuts is amazing, they are served nice and warm where they melt in your mouth. I'll be going back very soon. Customer service is great as well. Seen them deal with an idiot of a customer and they were so courteous although the customer was extremely rude and obnoxious.

“This place is a hidden gem/slice of heaven. The pastries are made fresh daily and are light and really perfectly balanced. They come with great flavors that you don't commonly find like cardamom. It was very hard to decide but I went with a pistachio option for pastry/doughnut. I also ordered a cappuccino and added one of their cafe-made flavors: s'mores. They offer others but this was especially good and again, not overly sweet. They really got it right. Dean and Co are very friendly & courteous. If you're close by, make this a part of your morning routine!

“After few weeks of renovation, this DD has reopened recently. It has drive thru and in store ordering. We stopped by at evening hours. I was supposed to see their donuts fully stocked up at the late hours, usually other Dunkins run out of them by evening. The inside of the store was clean. Got our donuts in 30 seconds. Staff were friendly and happy. Will be visiting this DD more often now.

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.“

“The employees are very attentive...I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature....
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...

I will not go back while she's there EVER!!

“I recently visited Dunkin’ and was served by an incredible employee whose name I don’t remember exactly I believe was Syd or something similar. He made my coffee perfectly and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. “I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. Nice place.

“Whenever I had craving for a sweet snack you can bet I simply stopped by Dunkin Donuts. The Main Street on New Rochelle had so many options for quick food but one place I always felt comfortable walking into was definitely this place. Per my observation it was a scene for people between the ages of 15 to 30. Not too many large families passed through here. They had a small sized parking lot right outside as well as one on the hill behind them.Because I happened to enter their establishment around the same time each time I happened to always meet several donuts warm on the rack and ready. One of their tastiest products is the Chicken Snack N' Go. I think DD should do more to promote this item and I would recommend that everyone try it since it's not very expensive.“

“This review is for CINDY who is the BEST DUNKIN EMPLOYEE at the Pelham location!! On the days she is there I know I’m going to get my Macchiato the way I want!! On days she is not there I will not go. The other employees work hard but on the day the manager is there WITHOUT CINDY it’s crazy! The manager needs to work on putting out some Dunkin Merchandise. Other Dunkin’s have the merchandise to buy.

The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

Went another time to get the Peppermint Mocha Latte, & the female employee there who was probably in her late 20's had a snotty attitude.
