“My friends and I celebrated a birthday party with 12 guests and were completely blown away by the food and the hospitality. The duck, the trout, the skate, the beef longgasnia, the pork with pistachio-- everything was delicious. We did not want the night to end--Definitely our new favorite restaurant in all of NYC!“

“I had such a wonderful breakfast experience at The Grand! From the moment we sat down, our server Ruby made us feel welcomed… She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

The food was pretty amazing :) The eggs were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were seasoned just right. The Eggs Benedict was also good. The hollandaise sauce was pretty flavorful, paired well with the spinach and ham. We also enjoyed fresh mimosas that made the perfect touch to our meal.

On top of that, the atmosphere is gorgeous; charming decor, lively yet relaxed vibe, and a setting that makes dining here feel special.

If you’re looking for a place in Astoria with delicious food, friendly service, and a vibrant atmosphere, I can’t recommend The Grand enough. A big thank you to Ruby for making our morning so enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back! :)“

“Family Corner is an amazing cozy family restaurant that my friends & fam have been going to for decades! It’s like “Cheers” where everyone knows each other’s name! The food is made fresh homemade with ♥️Love everyday! Their food is so tasty and the portions are generous. The staff & owner makes you feel part of their family. It’s intimate diner throw back to another time atmosphere is refreshing! The traditional Greek food is out of this world and very reasonably priced. And it has a thriving takeout/ delivery business. Neighborhood eateries like The Family Corner - is what makes our Astoria community great!!!“

“This dive bar is simply the best. It is not a flashy, new concept type of bar. When I walked in, I had this bizarre, deja vu experience where it felt like home. It felt like I had already been there a thousand times before and everyone was an old friend. The drinks are cheap and they are served with love. Kinda wish I lived closer so I could visit all the time.“

“I run the Christmas tree stand in front of the CVS and the service there is always top notch! Ciara the manager is amazing and welcoming and Chris one of the bartender is just great at what he does! The food Here is all amazing. My go to’s are the chicken sandwich and the apple cider margarita! They also play all the sports games and are very accommodating! If you’re looking for a good spot for drinks and a bit of socializing this is the spot. They have activities going on weekly!“

“I woke up one day feeling like I was coming down with a cold. I ordered 32oz of the lemon orzo soup (avgolemono soup) and the next day I felt completely fine. I think the soup cured me!
