“My friends and I celebrated a birthday party with 12 guests and were completely blown away by the food and the hospitality. The duck, the trout, the skate, the beef longgasnia, the pork with pistachio-- everything was delicious. We did not want the night to end--Definitely our new favorite restaurant in all of NYC!“

“We initially had a misunderstanding regarding a Pulsd voucher. When we arrived at the restaurant, we felt that the offer was not being honored as expected, which was disappointing. Rather than argue, we chose to simply pay the bill and later sent an email explaining our concern.

To our surprise, the manager responded promptly and handled the situation with great professionalism. The issue was addressed quickly and fairly. For that reason, we feel it is important to acknowledge their effort.

In the end, it’s not about the money — it’s about trust and how customers are treated. People may forget specific mistakes, but they never forget how you made them feel.

We do believe there is room for improvement in how certain situations are handled, particularly in the morning shift (manager), as tone and manners truly matter. That said, we appreciate management’s commitment to resolving concerns and restoring confidence.

“I have loved this place for years. It’s has this really warm, old school diner atmosphere. The food is fresh and delicious without any delay. The staff are so sweet and it’s just such a great experience every time. I’m there almost weekly at this point and it’s just the perfect way to start my day.“

“Friendly staff and bartender. Good drink selection. I don’t even like bars or drinking but this place was cozy. The food was surprisingly really good given that it’s a bar. I got the burger which was juicy and the fries were crispy and hot; chicken bacon sandwich which was amazing. They also did a bingo night which was fun.“

“I run the Christmas tree stand in front of the CVS and the service there is always top notch! Ciara the manager is amazing and welcoming and Chris one of the bartender is just great at what he does! The food Here is all amazing. My go to’s are the chicken sandwich and the apple cider margarita! They also play all the sports games and are very accommodating! If you’re looking for a good spot for drinks and a bit of socializing this is the spot. They have activities going on weekly!“
