“A big thank you to Vin’s bake house (and Sam!) for delivering a sweet surprising to my grandmas for our gender reveal. Living in CT we were not able to celebrate with her as quickly as we would have liked but luckily I found this place to help complete a delicious treat and delivery to her. Thank you all so much. When I visit my grandma next my family and I will be sure to check out the bakery for more sweet treats!!“

“If there was an option for ten stars, I'd rate this place ten stars across the board! EVERY time I go to this location in Bay Shore, I'm so impressed on how spotless the whole place is. The one lady & man (he's usually in the back unless a few customers come in) that are always there are so nice. The lady is constantly cleaning up after herself after everything she makes. You can see that they work hard & appreciate the business. They give excellent customer service & I HIGHLY recommend this Carvel!
Parking: Because there are other merchants in the same plaza, parking isn't always so good.“

“Coyle's of Bayshore always delivers a wonderful ice cream experience. All of the employees are cheerful, helpful, and friendly. Anna, the manager, has created a welcoming and family-feeling environment. To top it all off, all of their ice cream is homemade on premises, and you simply can't find better. This place is a must-visit for any ice cream fan; my family travels all the way from Huntington for it!!!“

“Brian designed our dream cake for our October Friday the 13th wedding. We went in with some ideas, bits and pieces from multiple photos and what was created blew our minds. Everyone was speechless when it came out. Aside from the delicious taste of the cake itself the details and time that was poured into it is one that we truly appreciate and love. We been to the shop multiple times before the wedding just to grab some goodies because everything is tasty and above the typical/traditional desserts you’d expect. Highly recommended bakery for sure.“

“We moved from Howard Beach 2 years ago. We bought a house in Dollard Drive. I usually walk my dog every day. I stopped by this bakery. Most of the time I will leave my dog outside, while I purchase bread & pastries. I dont know if the Woman that is always there is the owner, but she is the nicest person i ever met. I am a regular attendee of this bakery. Since I had throat cancer, I really can't speak so I carry my phone with me for messaging. Every day I usually buy bread a cannoli or Apple turnover. I point to the lady what I want. Many times there are young ladies working the counter. They are all wonderful and helpful. Now they let me and my Dog enter the bakery. He is very well behaved, most of time i buy a small cannoli for Duke. My Wife loves the Cannoli & the Apple turnover. I always leave a tip for them. Whether us winter, summer, rain, snow, heat i have to stop and get a pastry or bread. The name if the Bakery is appropriate. They are the ultimate.“

“Cold Stone. Absolutely classic. The ice cream itself is much better than a lot of places out here. Lotta different options in terms of toppings and pre made creations. Cones are good too. Was worried this place would be overrated, definitely not the case.“
