“I want to start this off by saying I waited 20 minutes for my food at 10 pm, the reason why I'm not giving a bad review is because they were absolutely slammed, and they handled it phenomenally. They were orders behind before I got there and it was doordash, drive thru, and inside all at once. Only 4 of them working and someone called in for tomorrow while I was waiting, I overheard the phone call. I patiently waited, they apologized multiple times and were extremely polite and worked really hard. That are trying their best. People need to realize fast food isn't as fast anymore because they are always short staffed and they have online orders which is a relatively new thing that doesn't fit into the old time frames we got used to years ago. It is what it is. You guys are doing great.“

“Love TACO BELL...really ..who doesn't. The food is awesome and hot!! The crew is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was pumping with some good music...yep ..they were playing (radio)...but the only thing was, it was just a bit unclean. It looked as if they had a rush of people n hadn't had time to clean and hey...maybe that was the case. Over-all...that certainly won't stop me from going again.“

I enjoy their subs ... one tip:
If you order a Philly steak...YES you want it toasted when they ask you . Otherwise the meat goes on cold.
Maybe it was me, but the other store (now closed permanently) always asked if I wanted the roll toasted, they then heated the meat.

Otherwise, good, healthier fast food, friendly staff and watch for those daily meal deals.“

“This is the first time I ever ate inside of a Chick-fil-A. All the other ones I've ever been to, I've either just used the drive through or the walk up window. Very nice, clean place, very quiet, great atmosphere. The best thing about Chick-fil-a, besides the great chicken, is that the employees. They always seem happy to help. Some places you go, it's like you're bothering the employees by being there, not a Chick-Fil-A.“

“I came through the drive thru close to the time they were closing. I had special requests. Krista was extremely friendly. The customer service at this location was fantastic. The food was also hot and fresh. I was quite surprised for it being 20 minutes to closing.“

“Fantastic Chick-fil-A, especially for a travel plaza location.
Stopped here along the New York tollway and was seriously impressed. The staff were super friendly, my order came out insanely fast, and the food was fresh and actually tasted great not dry or thrown together like a lot of other fast food spots in travel plazas. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had on the road. My chicken sandwich meal and 12-count nuggets came to about $25, though I did end up getting 11 instead of 12. Still, the quality made it worth it. Definitely worth spending the extra money to get good food.“
