“Started off at -5, ended up at +5. Called ahead to inquire about a specific model TV being in stock. When we arrived the TV model could not be located. The initial employees' response was "so sorry... our computers are wrong..." My response was " you need to make it right" ... when I call ahead and ask if an item is in stock I expect an employee to verify that on the shelf; our family has half a day planned around the purchase and delivery of this television & insisted on escalation to a manager. I don't know who was on the other end of the escalation... but we were offered a same size, better model for the price of the TV that we originally went to purchase. Thank you Walmart for (eventually) treating our situation with respect and fairness.“
