“Emmie's is one of myself and my friends favorite places to go and get milkshakes (for me) and ice cream for them . They love to go there and hang out and chat plus it's also supporting local people and businesses. Cassie is an old friend from back in high school and she deserves our support.“
“We stop in to get ice cream after swimming at Keuka lake. It’s a nice little place, lots of outdoor seating. They also serve up real food as well and have a pizza oven on the back patio. I’d give it 5 stars but have never eaten anything but ice cream. The staff seems very pleasant and our service at the window is always good.“

“Absolutely a must visit place! We were on a long drive and needed a stop. At Gauss' we got excellent ice cream (so creamy! so tasty!) and the unexpected joy of a great place for the kids to burn off some of that excess energy.Staff were lovely and friendly, prices were very reasonable, ice cream was delicious, and the play equipment for the kids was awesome! There's a bathroom inside as well as a little store with various knickknacks. Private parking lot and also a drive thru.“

“We stopped by on a weeknight, and there was plenty of parking. They give you a really generous amount of icecream! I ordered a small cone, and it was more than I could eat. The only thing is they don't have too many icecream flavors. Since their chocolate soft serve was out, they recommended the White House cherry. My small cone was only $3.25! Their staff was friendly and prompt. They also serve hot food. I would totally come back again!“
