“I go here every time I visit family in NY. Their chocolate/peanut butter soft serve twist is delish! It's very creamy, and their portions are HUGE!!!! A small is the size of a large at other ice cream stands! You must try it - I promise, you WON'T be disappointed.“

“Serendipity is an awesome ice cream shop that offers more than ice cream. Everything tastes great and the customer service is the best. The shop is clean and offers seating inside and out. They accept credit and have public restrooms unlike so many other places. It is worth the drive to go to serendipity.“

And their cones are massive !!!
They have a couple of pops for smaller kids and albeit expensive they are very tasty.
I recommend trying the vanilla cone with cherry dip because that’s what most people were ordering.
Since it was our first time here I had their green apple and caramel cone.
Very unique taste in soft cones.“

“Stopped in 9 minutes before closing time on a wednesday night. The young woman behind counter was as sweet as could be. She didn't make us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her at all. That's rare these days, when you stop in close to closing time. Ice cream and waffle cones were awesome. Would definitely go back.“

“My family and I love this place. The nice lady was very polite, pleasantly sweet and gave us alot of information about their products. She spoke with good mannerism, knew the business well and gave us a very pleasurable experience overall. The toppings and flavors were very well displayed and fresh. The establishment overall could use some modernized upgrades, but the customer service and quality of the product outweighed the overall experience.“
