“I love Dunkin Donuts. The place was clean and friendly service. It was around noon time and they were out of alot of Donuts. The ones I had could had been a little fresher, they were very tasty. The hot chocolate with whip cream was creamy and delicious. It was hot.“

“The drinks are hit and miss here. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was watery, no chocolate flavor at all. If you go during morning rush hour expect coffee to take long. But it's fast food and it's drive through, so what is there to complain about ?♀️“

“Large location with a cool conference room for meetings! Breakfast sandwiches and tacos are amazing and Cold Brew is always delicious ! Especially love stopping by because the Dunkin near me in Brooklyn are vegetarian only and serve only vegan bacon and veggies sausage“

“I love the morning shift at this dunkin’. The girls on drive through are so sweet they could melt your heart. Zach (only ones name that I know) is always keeping his co-workers smiling and never fails to greet us when we walk in the door! I really have to get better with names because I can see at least three other smiling faces that are there in the morning.. that seriously make my day every time I pull into that building! There is also two other guys that work a little later in the afternoon that we absolutely love the one is usually in front end he has like almost strawberry blond maybe LIGHT brown hair. We love him too. Just wanted to say thank you guys. I made a post but then realized I should also leave a review. I really hope these kids get recognized for their hard work and their dedication to making Dunkins customers love walking in there. Me and my husband, avid Dunkin drinkers… and I have never loved the whole entire staff at any Dunkin I’ve ever been too! My husband literally will drive 25 minutes out of his way to go get his coffee from these kids!!! That is there something for your shift leader and you’re hiring manager at this location!!“

“Well....I shop here twice daily...can't resist the ice coffee (year round) with 2 turbos, naturally dark roast blend. I'm fascinated with the Cronuts. Kudos to the staff in both Wappingers Falls.NY Shops..... Alex, Kim, Wendy...Marcus, Gerard, Victor Your new drive thru is awesome...beautiful interior etc ★★★★★“

“So they messed up my order and still get 5 stars. Thats what good customer service can do. I called last night to preorder 4 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of joe for a meeting. Needed 6:45am pick up. I walk in on time, and see right away from the look on their face, the night crew never told the morning crew. But the two team members asked for 10 minutes to pull it together, which they did with a smile, and got me on my way. I wish I had your names to share here, but to the crew this morning who just put their heads down and got it done, nice job! And Thank you!!“

“I must say the manager , Danielle .. went above and beyond for me. We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“

“We are staying in a hotel down the street, and decided to stop for our morning coffee. Great service! Coffee is good and the store was very clean. The baristas were so sweet. Our order was rung in incorrectly but they were quick to correct it.“

“In here visiting from Ct needed a coffee uplift and I’m so truly happy I stopped at this location. My coffee made by Adriana was absolutely amazing made to perfection is best way I can describe it. I came into the location which was very well kept. Setup is great and decorations for the season add a special touch. Thank you for the great experience at your Dunkin location. Reasons for my review is because I’m extremely picky sadly 😞 but so often you find most don’t care about the customer i feel they went above and beyond. Keep doing what you’re doing 🥰“

“It was love at first bite for me. The cookies are the most amazing I've had, they taste like cookie dough. I have tried like 30 donuts and they're all 10/10. My favorite donut is chocolate peanut butter. The cake donuts are also delicious and very filling. Don't get me started on the buns.“
