“The bagels here are some of the best I've ever had! My favorite is the blueberry. The service is great and they are happy to toast and cut your bagel however you like. They will wrap up your items nicely and offer you extra bags if you want, it's always such a good experience! They also have a variety of cream cheeses; lox, strawberry, plain, etc.

The pastries and baked goods are hit or miss for me. The linzer cookies are great but the cakes aren't my favorite. I suppose they have something for everyone.

There's always seating available and there's lots of parking.“

“We order a bunch of cookies. They were prefect for what we needed and they were extremely accommodating. During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. We have also purchased bread from them at a farmers market and it was delicious! Will continue to purchase products from them. Staff are extremely nice!“

“Order a ton of desserts varying from angel food cake to donuts to Italian pastry’s and everything was perfect. The donuts were to die for so light and airy they were perfect. The cupcakes, cookies and pastry’s were perfectly made with love. The angel food cake was perfect, the fruit and cream was so fresh. All of our guest asked where the desserts came from! I highly recommend using this bakery for all your future needs big or small.“

“I started coming to Beascakes years ago when I tasted their delicious chocolate chip cookies at an event. Since then, my family cannot have a holiday or birthday without their treats. Their custom cakes and cookies not only taste incredible but their decorators are extremely talented, they knock it out of the park every time. Everything that they make is out of this world, best bakery in the area by far.“

“I have bought carrot cakes two years in a row from here. They do a beautiful job with the writing on the cakes, pretty cursive. They took my suggestions and even added roses which I didn’t ask for this year but it was a plus! My family member loves flowers so I was really happy. The carrot cake is so good and yes it’s a bit pricey but you’re supporting local and great quality with care. I would definitely recommend!“

“So been here alot before i started writing reviews. In The Summer during the Thornwood car show, my parents and i can be seen eating their italian ices, which are very good. They also have cakes, pastries, and i believe i tasted my first almond horn from here, and it was good! Also once brought a pint to use for my 18th/Graduation party a few years ago. Inside, they do have chairs and tables where one can sit if they want.
Went here on Saturday August 10th 2024 while at the Thornwood car show with my parents. We were there to get italian ices. Staff was pleasant, and asked what we wanted right away. I got a Cotton Candy Italian ice, and my mom got lemon, and my dad got chocolate. We paid with cash, as they charge for using a credit card. Italian ices were very good! as we enjoyed them! We hope to be back soon!“

My daughter knew exactly what she wanted for her sweet 16 cake and Nicole was able to deliver it exactly to her specifications. And my son was turning 21 so we wanted something special and fun. “Absolutely love this place. My family has been getting cakes made since my brothers and I were kids. American cookie cake never fails to produce the best tasting cookie I have ever had. The women who runs the shop is a doll, she’s is dedicated to producing only the best! Thank you so much for making every event, birthday party etc special. “I actually stopped in the mall to go to Panera Bread and found out that it was no longer there. I was looking to buy some sweets and saw this little store front bakery. I went inside and met this mature woman behind the counter. All the baked goods looked homemade, fresh, any delicious. As I started to name off all the cakes and goodies that I wanted the lady informed me that they only accept cash. Luckily I did have some cash on me because if I didn't I would have missed out on one of the best cream puffs I have ever had. I also bought Boston cream donuts and a pineapple cheese strudel. All of the food was great and the baker looked like he had been baking for many years. I feel so lucky that I stumbled upon the Yorktown Pastry Shop.“
