“Classy little bakery shop on the main street in pond ridge NY. There aren't many immediate options for similar baked goods, so, if you're local, it's a solid choice. It's not didier dumas or kneaded bread, Also in Westchester... but for the area it's good.
We had croissants, coffee and oj. Seems they do squeeze fresh juice but stop by a certain time. I'd probably get there early in the day to enjoy their best Fare.“

I stopped by this beautiful town on my way back from Grace Farms and decided to visit 123 DOUGH BAKERY after seeing its great reviews.

I was thrilled to learn that they grind their own whole wheat on-site. I ended up buying sourdough bread, baguettes, scones, cinnamon rolls, and cookies. Everything was so delicious that we started eating them in the car on the way home, and my only regret was not buying more!

As someone with diabetes, I usually have to be very careful with bread, but these pure, healthy, and high-quality baked goods didn't burden my body at all. If I lived closer, I would easily be a daily regular here. Highly recommended!“

“Raphael's Bakery is the absolute best! I was in town from NorCal and I stopped by to meet a friend in Greenwich. I had some time to kill so I started asking Charlotte about why my homemade sourdough bread wasn't successful. She called Raphael over who, while he didn't share his secret receipe, he helped me understand the reasons why my bread wasn't full of air and getting any "oven lift." They were both so gracious with their time and experience......I hope they will consider offering cooking classes at some point. Absolute class act people!“

“Mom and Pop bagel place. Awesome tasting bagels for a very reasonable price. Place gets very busy. We stopped by around 930am and had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. But, It was worth it. Fresh bagels were being made as we waited. It was cool to see the baking process.“

“Springdale bakery is on to something! Their bread is ridiculously good. I placed an order and it was on my doorstep the next morning, freshly baked. It reminds me of the crazy good bread you get for breakfast in Europe. We have so far eaten it toasted with butter and honey and with split pea soup.I’ve got all kinds of crazy ideas for this bread…including toasting it and crumbling it on top of Mac and cheese.Already placed my next order. “Products are great, staff friendly, Historical land. Washington and Rochambeau trained there troops together on this land from the farm to the hospital and park area. After the war Washington had his headquarters in Newburgh , while the British took their time leaving in New York City harbor, so to be notified if the British were coming back up the Hudson River. Washington put single fire 🔥 along the Hudson, so eventually he would see flames and get troops ready for battle again. The Hill behind the main house, is where one of those fires 🔥 was to be lit. So now you know why the farm is off Guard Hill Rd.“
