“We've been coming to the reading room since it opened. We are big fans of the coffee bar especially the hot lattes. We had one yesterday that was delicious, creamy, smooth and had divine chocolate notes. Cup sizing is great too (small = 2 shots, medium = 3 shots, large = 4 shots). They do coffee right in a way that most coffee shops do not!! Staff are always welcoming and kind. Wonderful seating on front porch. Book selection is also great and they will order any book for you! They are the best :)“

I had an excellently crafted cappuccino and decided to try the gluten-free almond cookies (come in a package of 4). For those of you who are gluten-free or gluten sensitive, you know how difficult it is to find that perfectly delicious, made with love, delicacy. These are out of this world and have a full almond taste and are wonderfully chewy. A highly recommended respite for anyone looking for that perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or tea, and dive into a delectably home made perfection.“

During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. “I stop at this Dunkin whenever I’m in the area. The staff is friendly, they always make my food and drink to my exact liking and keep the line moving when the store gets crowded while maintaining top service. A specific crew member I’d like to shoutout is Darwin. He greets every customer with a smile and does not get overwhelmed when there is a long line and does a great job of multitasking on register, drinks and the food station. As a former Dunkin employee myself, he provides the level of service I would strive to provide if I was still employed there. I would highly recommend this location.“

“Went here for a Bacon Egg and Cheese. After tax with card it was $6 which was disappointing especially considering the lack of egg bacon and cheese compared to bread. The order came out fast and the guy who helped me was nice. It was a good sandwich but there are plenty of other places charging the same price or less for a much fuller sandwich that tastes just as good. I get the economy is bad but I’d rather the base sandwich be another ridiculous dollar more for a reasonable amount of fillings.“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“This is my favorite coffee (tea) shop. Everything is always excellent, delicious and fresh. What makes it special is the crew - friendly, welcoming and they always remember everyone. Anna and the rest of the morning staff care about what they do and the people they serve. It is the kind of place that starts your day off bright! Highly recommend to go anytime of the day.“

“Came to this quaint town on pleasure, decided to grab a quick coffee. This location is fairly busy but on top of it!!! I ordered a Java Chip and a lemon iced cake from Matt, not only do he take my order correctly but he was such a gentleman. Kind, courteous, educated and most charming. I realized a gentleman named Nicholas or Nick was making my drink. I asked for my drink double blended as I prefer more of a milkshake consistency. I must say it was made perfectly. Just the right amount of java chips, and sauce on top. Thanks for an over the top experience! If ever I return to this location, I sure hope this team is working!“

Perfect portion and flavor not too bulky unlike other delis that put so much stuff in the sandwich you’d be overwhelmed. I pretty much ate all in one sitting. I have very sharp ears for some reason I heard him say something after I ordered I forgot to ask to toast the roll. So I saw him put the entire bread with mayonnaise lettuce and tomato on the grill. The guy looked a little grumpy or just his normal demeanor who knows I’ve never been there before lol. Sandwich roll price $9.75 plus tax came out $10.30.“

“The atmosphere is casual and friendly with an eclectic assortment of tables and artwork. Seating is very European where tables are shared among different guests. I would not recommend the smoothies. We tried the spinach, avocado, peanut butter and banana smoothie. Honestly, it tasted like water with a peanut butter flavoring. However, we did enjoy the food during our visit. We had a vegan donut, the tofu bowl, and the falafel wrap. The bowl and wrap are on the small side but were both very tasty. The donut was of course sweet and delicious! This is a fun place to sit back, relax and enjoy time with a friend. There are even games available to play - checkers, chess, and tic tac toe were on our table. “This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

“I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it's like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night's a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he's there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business“
