“I went for the first time today with my dog and the staff was beyond lovely, the atmosphere of the restaurant is so cozy and quaint. “We order a bunch of cookies. They were prefect for what we needed and they were extremely accommodating. During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. We have also purchased bread from them at a farmers market and it was delicious! Will continue to purchase products from them. Staff are extremely nice!“

Too many available food options coupled with speediness often causes ordering errors. Dunkin' needs to fix this! Maybe have window server quickly review your order before placing? Starbucks uses real-time display screen as order is given... so customer \"helps\" server correct errors!“

“We have had delicious food on multiple occasions at Jay Street Bistro. My friend has Celiac disease-which means she can’t have gluten. We have been able to have lunch there on several occasions. Ed (manager/waiter) was very attentive and super nice, friendly and helpful in making sure we got the correct food. All of the staff we interacted with was very nice.
Things were so delicious that I brought my husband and grandson back for breakfast the following day.

“This Dunkin has the BEST glaze donuts out of all the northeastern Dunkins I've visited throughout the years.

I don't go to Dunkin for coffee --- but I do go for donuts.

I live in Waterbury, but whenever I'm in Danbury or traveling to NYC, I must stop here and get 3-4 glaze donuts.
