My only complaint is that I had Haitian Chicken over Rice, but the rice tasted unwashed ruining the dish (the chicken was still good). Other than that, I loved every other option. “Whenever I'm in Merrick, which is usually two or three times a month, I always stop at Bagelman of Merrick. They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches and their tuna and chicken salads are always a welcome sight back home. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful no matter what variety I get. I've come to know the owner, Boris, and his staff, and they are always most helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Merrick.“

The presentation was beautiful and everything was delicious. Melville Deli is the talk of the school now! We will definitely be ordering food again!“

“Hollywood Deli is my go to whenever I’m in the area. They bring back the good ole fashioned neighborhood customer service, they make you feel at home. This is where majority of my co-workers dine for breakfast and lunch. Some of my favorites are the Chicken and Cheese Empanadas, the breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal and hanger steak and eggs platter with avacado.

“Hicks Deli is a top tier deli and never disappointed me since this place opened ive been advocating all family and friends to try it out. My usual order is the #4 with a hash brown on top with salt pepper and hot sauce. Coffee is always hot and the line moves quickly if busy. Lots of drink choices and plenty of other typical deli items available. I usually spend under 20$ here“

“I'm 1/8th Polish on my mother's side and I went to Poland 24 years ago and Polish food is one of my favorites. Having Euro Deli so close to my house is a real treat. They have the best and freshest kielbasa around. If you've never going to a Polish deli you might be overwhelmed by the variety of kielbasa that they have but ask them and they'll gladly tell you the differences in flavor. If you've only had processed store bought kielbasa like Hillshire Farms and never had it from a Polish deli you don't know what you're missing. Another favorite of mine is pasztetowa (pronounced Pash-te-tova). It's Polish liverwurst. If you like liverwurst you'll be blown away by how much better this is than the stuff you get at the supermarket. I buy the one that's in a gold wrap, it comes in a log about as long as a hot dog but as think as a can of soda and you cut the slices as think as you want. Other great food here is the stuffed cabbage, and Bigos (hunters stew) which is made with fermented cabbage and chunks of pork in a sauce that's kinda like a gravy it's hard to describe but it's DELICIOUS. There are several Polish delis in the area but Euro Deli is my favorite by far.“

“Deli Boy makes great sandwiches. Very fresh and tasty ingredients. I only recently moved to the area so I have been to a few delis in the freeport Baldwin area. I would say that all my orders have been over the phone for pick up. Because of COVID I wont open rh e sandwhich but all of my sandwiches I have asked for cheese but everytime I get home .....there is none. Its my faukt though I know netter to watch my food being prepared and making sure all the ingredients are there. AI havent really fully enjoyed the sandwich becuae its missing a key ingredient. It hapoened again today. Gbey write the order down perfect on the ticjetbut the sandwich doesnt have evefything on it .
