“We had 2 events in the month of February. Meg was my point of contact for both. She has the best communication skills I have ever come across at a restaurant! She was super easy to get ahold of and always answered my questions promptly and efficiently. She was very accommodating with our themed events and made sure the room was set up to meet our needs. The room was organized well and we had ample space for both events that had over 20 people at each one. The food came out quickly and the portions were good and the food was tasty. I enjoyed both my meals and the great service that was provided. When they were made aware of any questions or concerns, they were dealt with quickly, we just had to let them know. There was a discrepancy with the gratuity accidentally being charged 20% for one of the events, but as soon as they were made aware of the situation it was taken care of. They went above and beyond and they will be at the top of my list for my next event!“

“Went to Rays for breakfast which was very good. Got the bill and there is charge for toast. Since when do you get charged for toast with eggs. The waitress should tell her customer that there is a extra charge for toast.“

“Went late arrived around 7pm looking for dinner. Had a choice of Kansas city Hot Chicken or 96 BBQ. Chose BBQ and was pleasantly surprised! From the appearance outside unsure if it was take-out only, so had my husband check if they had tables. You immediately are welcomed with the wonderful aroma of good BBQ. Service was good once you got your table. The food came to the table quickly. Excellent appearance and the portions were generous. I found both the ribs and brisket to be tender and well seasoned. Bark on brisket was beautiful with a little of a peppery bite. Ribs (half rack) were fall of the bone tender. Corn bread was a bit sweet but moist. Smokehouse beans were meaty with good sauce. We will return to try more of the menu.“

“Great food! The hostess/server was very friendly and accommodating. We went for breakfast, but they serve food all day. The sausage gravy and biscuits is a definite must! Also try the homemade corned beef hash and sausage! They serve coffee from Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters which is yummy! There's also a full bar if you'd like a cocktail or beer with your meal. If you can find the door, definitely worth stopping in! 😂“

“We had 8 of us show up and we were served outside with our two dogs while they were also hosting a huge indoor event! Food was delicious, drinks were right on and sitting outside with our dogs was lovely! I thought it would be a much longer wait for everything since they were so busy but it was not at all! They are also offering some kickball league, cornhole, and so much more! There’s live music every weekend and just an overall wonderful place to go.“

“Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner the food is always GREAT! We live nearby and Park Place is our go-to eatery whenever I don't feel like cooking (which is pretty often these days). I like the pancakes and my hubby gets spaghetti frequently. Portion sizes are very generous and leftovers make a great snack at home.“

“My husband took me for dinner and ice cream this afternoon after a few errands. I was not able to enter the restaurant, as I have a badly broken foot and I rested in the car. My husband brought out a beautifully made sundae for me!! I would have gone inside and thanked the server, but I just needed to rest. Little did that server know, I will be having surgery in two days, and I have been in so much pain, unable to sleep, and hardly able to eat, from worry. That sundae cheered me up SO much!!!! You never know exactly who is on the receiving end of your work -- but that waiter made our sundaes as though they were a gift or from a fancy restaurant! I was so delighted! Thank you! Everything was seasoned so well, it tasted like an expensive meal, the quality was so much higher than I expected. Highly recommend.“
