“A typical Applebee's , food is always decent and the staff does the best it knows how. This Applebee's seems to be a hangout for a younger crowd . Although it was only 8 pm , one staff member was cleaning and VACUUMING a section while we, and other diners were eating. I find this a little annoying since the air is being polluted with who knows what from that VACUUM! Not a procedure that should be done while people are eating!“

“What a spectacular hidden gem of a restaurant! I'll go anywhere for a good duck breast, this place absolutely delivered 110%. Right amount of char, the seasoning, and it was cooked to perfection. Smoked salmon and burrata apps were delicious. We couldn't be happier with the very attentive service, quaint atmosphere - and the food was really on point for such an unassuming location. Also, the hot rice pudding with golden raisins was fantastic, as close to grandmas recipe as I can remember coming across! Keep up the spectacular work!“

“I became a regular diner to Riley’s a couple of years ago. Gotta tell ya, the food is as good as any high restaurant I eat at and I dine out a lot. Fun, delicious, quality menu that has never once disappointed on any item, ever. Yes it is mostly basic pub food but so are 50% of the restaurants on Long Island now and Fibbers is perfect and priced more than fair. Can’t remember the servers but the two ladies are always right there, refills on drinks, food on time and always with a smile regardless how busy they are. Come back soon guys! “Our son and daughter in law hired them for there wedding .The food was the best, so fresh and delicious. The whole time they were there at the wedding serving, the staff was friendly and very professional. Top notch service. This is amazing pizza company. “The food was excellent, and the bus staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our waitress was not very warm or inviting, which affected the overall experience. After she brought us the bill, we waited around 10 minutes for our card to be processed while she was doing side work, and eventually another staff member had to run it for us. It just felt a little odd to be left waiting that long when we were ready to pay and leave. Overall, the food was great, but the service could have been more welcoming and attentive.“

I wrote and email expressing my concern , which they responded quickly and tried connecting on the phone but they dropped the ball and did not respond to my follow up call nor my follow up email week has gone by. It’s nice in there I would’ve considered returning.

Tim, the manager called again and we had a nice conversation that I much appreciated. Offered gift card which was very kind. Sometimes things happen, if I business is willing to make it right and show humility it’s a good business. I go here for birthdays celebrations to brunches as often as I can. Try their Malbec and flourless chocolate cake which is naturally gluten-free—in fact, their brunches have almost all gluten-free options. The coffee is smooth and just wonderful. The outdoor dining experience is as if you are at a party in Europe. They already see me often for 10 years—I love food and this gets my repeat business. Try it at least! “Yesterday I had my daughter’s bridal shower at the Lakehouse. The event coordinator, Annalisa was a pleasure to work with. ALL of my guests raved about the food, service and atmosphere. Some of the men stayed and Annalisa set them up outside on the deck for lunch instead of inside the bar since it was a beautiful day. She also suggested having dessert served outside which could not have been better. My guests enjoyed the beautiful view and all of the outdoor seating. I would highly recommend having an event here.“
