“I recently was in the area for a function for the week and was looking for a locally owned and run place not one of the chains that we are know. I stopped in January 23rd amd 25th and am so glad I did. It is small and very inviting. The staff was very welcoming and answered my numerous questions. I very much like the variety of unique menu items they have. The food was great. A wonderful experience all the way around. I will be back for sure. This place is a gem.“

“Looking for a local breakfast joint to start our day, a Google search yielded the interesting Sunshine's Coffee Shop with good reviews, so we made our way over there. A little off the beaten path around the Syracuse airport, but totally visible on the corner. We placed our order for breakfast sandwiches and the home fries with onions. Plus coffee. All delicious! Sunshine's is a small place, with a couple booths plus small tables. Very homey feel. Great way to start our day!!“

“I love this place. Their pastries are always fresh and delicious. She’s great at listening to what her patrons want and adding them into the rotation. Her meal options are really spot on. The marinara sauce for the meatballs is incredible. I love when I have errands to run in this side of town because this is a great spot to stop for a hot or cold drink and something delicious to eat. There’s also a GREAT selection of jewelry, candles, take home coffee, and live music.“

“Ink Corner Cafe is this chill spot in Cicero that's perfect for hanging out with friends. They have a ton of smoothies and in Cafe made bakery items, the cafe also has goldfish, so it's never boring, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. The coffee is good, but the real star of the show is the grilled cheese. They have like ten different options, all with crazy ingredients, and they're all delicious. My only complaint is that it can get a little crowded sometimes, especially on weekends. Still, it's a cool place to escape the usual Cicero scene, so I definitely recommend checking it out.“

“Upon arriving I was greeted immediately by a very friendly face behind the counter.It was a pleasant surprise because usually I'm ignored or spoken to in a manner that makes me feel like an inconvenience anywhere I go especially busy coffee shops!It was a Saturday morning / early afternoon.I requested a very overly specific coffee/latteThe gentleman behind the counter was super receptive to my specifications. And even chatted with me happily while he prepared my drink!Other customers arrived while I was waiting for my order. The barista still welcomed and chatted with the other customers as well multitasking and just impressively kind.This is exactly why I only indulge in coffee and treat myself once in a while and when I do it is at local small businesses like this.The coffee was kicking strong just how I like itIt was fresh and tasty ?I will be returning again and again. ?✨Not to mention the neighborhood was nice They even had little tables outside to sit in the sun and enjoy the day!Literally the only critique I could divulge is the lackluster decor and surroundings inside of the coffee shop. It looked as if it had only been open maybe 6 months to a year. Come to find out the location's been open for a few years.I couldn't tell the personality of the owner based on the surroundings.Although It was super duper clean which was awesome! It made up for the fact that it was less flashy.But it could definitely use some warm elements...Perhaps some paintings, flowers - maybe some music to set the mood or fairy lights & plants. These are all just little opinions that I think could really elevate this business! “We went to the Brick House Cafe in Brewerton for the first time today because we had other business in the area, but we will take the hour drive from Rome to visit again. The food was excellent, and the owner and her staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted so warmly that my wife and the owner even ended up sharing the horse pictures on their phones.“

“Tim Hortons is the best. It doesn't matter on location, every one I've been to has had good food, good coffee and good service. That's across Michigan NY and Maine. Just wish there was more of them a little further down I'd go to a Tims over a Dunkin any day“
