“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“Dangerously delish donuts!My husband and I came by after work a couple of weeks ago to try a couple of donuts. Before even leaving the parking lot we went back in for more!We own a shop less than 10 mins away and trust me we will be back regularly. “My favorite bagels !! They also make homemade cream cheese that is so delicious ! Their bagels are fresh, soft and taste like a true NY bagel! I bring down their bagels to my friend in Florida when I come visit her because she misses NY bagels. My favorite bagels are their cheddar and their blueberry. But honestly every bagel is so good. I love their veggie cream cheese and their jalapeño. Try the jalapeño cream cheese with the cheddar bagel. It's delicious ! The owners aren't too friendly but the bagels are so good it doesn't matter. It's definitely a grab and go type of place, even tho there is seating inside.“

“They have the absolute best lavender latte ever made!! The staff are so kind, and the one manager remembers me lol I was so shocked when I came in a second time a week later and he goes “oh you were here before! Lavender latte!” And he was so nice. I love when the staff are genuinely so friendly to the customers. The food is also amazing, and delicious. Totally love this spot and highly recommend it to everyone :)“

“The server Was very nice. Some of the Donuts were really good except that they are a little tiny for the price. If you are in the area give them a try. I went towards the end of the day and so the donuts were not so fresh but they were still good. I tried the apple cider and that was that great it had a funny taste to it.“

“I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. “I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it's like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night's a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he's there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business“

“We haven't been to this Dunkin' Donuts in quite some time but I purchased a donut and a bagel bite. The bagel Bites are way too expensive and you only get two of them. In my fondest opinion, Dunkin' Donuts is ripping people off. They should be giving three of them in an order. The donuts are generally getting smaller and smaller at Dunkin' Donuts including their coffee rolls and it's almost embarrassing. However, my tea was nice and hot the way I like it and I always have a nice experience with the workers. The Dunkin' Donuts staff is excellent however the quality of the food is diminishing and so are the sizes of their selection. It's sad but it's happening. “I came in this Wednesday morning for a peppermint iced tea. They don't typically serve the mint tea iced because it's a teabag and not pre brewed but mid morning rush, she accommodated me anyway and it came out GREAT! I so deeply appreciated the extra effort it took to make it and am now enjoying my iced mint tea on this hot, sunny day! Totally worth the wait. “My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is always positive and professional! In all the times I've gone here to grab breakfast there was always a cashier to take my order and the food never took long, always fresh and tastes great. Great customer service, you won't be disappointed. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“
