“This is an amazing place. A little nondescript building with a gravel lot on Maple Lane in Bridgehampton, NY. It’s always busy. You’ll see workers, contractors, local folk, film directors and billionaires all in the same line to get some of the best coffee on earth. It’s a sight to behold.

They make the smoothest and tastiest Americano. My favorites to take home to grind are espresso and Bonacker. They bring in top notch pastries too on the morning. Get there early. They go quick.

When you’re there take a walk around and admire the artwork.

“Stopped here for breakfast. Got the regular egg sandwich on a croissant and a mini egg sandwich. Great selection of muffins, pastries, and coffee available. Food was really good, and was served with fruit. Small seating area for dining in. Prices are high, but that's to be expected in that area.“

“The first time I tried the pretzel croissant I became addicted! All of their croissants are amazing... Their coffee is awesome too! So glad it opened in Southold. Lately, they've been making the pretzel croissants into egg sandwich which I'm sure is delicious too, but I prefer to ask for it alone :) Whoever is making these croissants, thank you Chef!!!!“

“We had the repast here for my Mother and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Jaci took care of all the details and planned a beautiful lunch. Jaci was so accommodating and kind, the food was fantastic and the staff were attentive and very kind. It was so nice to have some of the burden lifted during such a difficult time. “We came to this venue for a small corporate offsite, and it was perfect! The meeting room, catering, and accommodation all went smoothly, and Brigid and Ruchi even had the idea to organize a happy hour before our yacht charter, which the team loved. Thanks all!“

“Shinnecock Lobster Factory makes amazing lobster rolls! I ordered a warm, buttery “whale” roll. You could have ordered a small “dolphin,” a medium “shark,” or a large “whale” and the whale roll has the most lobster meat. The whale roll is more expensive but I think it was worth it. I bought a raspberry iced tea for my drink. There is only outdoor seating, including a grass area you can bring dogs. You order at the window and bring the food to the tables with benches. There is no indoor seating. The restaurant is a quick 5-minute drive from downtown Southampton. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back!“

I embarrass myself because I buy so much. People are happy when in this shop and smile and talk. If you eat one of their grilled cheese sandwiches you will lie in bed dreaming of them.
