“Classic neighborhood spot with solid Italian-American fare. The mozzarella sticks are huge and the pasta portions are generous. Great place to watch a game with friends. Only docking one star because it gets pretty loud in here during peak hours—hard to hear the person sitting next to you. Also, service slowed down a bit when the crowd came in. Still, a reliable spot for a casual dinner.“

“Went out for a girls’ night and had such a great time at Dive Bar! The atmosphere was fun, the drinks were good, and the staff was amazing. The manager Jay made us feel so welcomed and made sure we were having a good time throughout the night. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and the service was great. Definitely a good spot in Queens for drinks and a fun night out. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Back in 2024, my now husband and I had our very magical first date at The Three Diamond Door, drinking pints at the bar during a summer thunderstorm. When we got engaged, we knew we wanted to do some sort of celebration here in their backroom, and we were delighted that the general manager, Janie, made it all so easy. She gave us a great price to use the space for three hours, and we were free to decorate it as we wanted, order pizza, eat cake, and put on our own playlist. We couldn't have hoped for someone more competent, warm, and patient than our server Katie, who dealt with our many fiddly drink requests without complaint. Highly recommend folk in the neighbourhood to host events and celebrations of all kinds here.“

“I’ve lived around the corner for years and finally stopped in a couple months ago to watch the Yankees. It’s great! The bartenders are friendly.
The food from here is killer, too. Did not think the bar food would hit the way it did. I’ve now had most things on the menu. It’s all fire.

“Great local Irish bar. I was staying a week at a nearby hotel and this place had the exact Irish bar feel I needed. I instantly felt like a regular they were glad to see, coming and going. Proper for an Irish place. Good pours on the beers. I was here for the first 2016 Presidential Debates and there was a lot of opinions, but in true NYC style, nobody got bent, no matter how much of a (&%$g idiot the other person was.“

“So I stumbled here after hours, I met a bunch of nice people. The bar is a little old school. I was told it's quite famous but over anything this place bring back a moment where being on phones weren't needed. Where you can meet strangers and have a good time where drinks are made old school and it's a great time. I am sure he doesn't care about this rating but it's a must visit if your open to anyone for a small talk.“

“If I can remember, I always come here every friday night. Which is karaoke night. So, my review will be based on that specific night only.
Been there few times on friday night. Very busy night, very long line of karaoke, but the DJ did a veryyy good job. He remembers people's faces, like literally remember who requested what. His great memory amazed me and not to mention there is no pause or break. So, eventho its a long line of karaoke, but you will eventually singing.
Bartenders are great, drinks okay. Prices normal for the area, drink sometimes good, sometimes meh.
But yea, so far its been pretty amazing experience.“

“Cool neighborhood bar. This is a very spacious bar. They have a pool table and some games. The service is good. The prices are great. It's a laid back atmosphere. You can order food in the back. I didn't try the food so I can't rate it. Maybe next time I go I'll try it.“

She reads the room instantly and always nails exactly what you’re in the mood for, even when you can’t quite put it into words yourself. Every drink she makes feels considered, balanced, and genuinely delicious — never rushed, never generic. She’s warm, quick-witted, and makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit.
The best part: she remembers what you drank last time, which somehow makes every return visit feel like catching up with an old friend.
If you’re lucky enough to sit in her section, just say “surprise me” and thank yourself later.“
“A great, cozy neighborhood bar. No frills, no food but they let you take in outside food and there's no shortage of options nearby. Usually a mix of folks of varied ages. I've gone in several times over the years and there are always nice staff working behind the bar. A handy spot to stop in for a pint when you get off the train at Roosevelt Ave and nature calls 😂“

“What a pleasant surprise! I have passed Mulligan's for years on my way to other restaurants in the area. I decided to order dinner for my husband and myself tonight - wished I did it before. Chicken sandwich was awesome. Shrimp basket was great and the side salad was fresh, even had avocados. We'll be back. Ordered take out so can't rate atmosphere.“
