KFC in Bronx

“This location staff is very unprofessional. No one greets you when you walk in, the staff looks at you and keep doing what there doing everyone is just walking around no one's at the register no one assisting with mobile online orders or Uber eats pick up there a line at the register and mobile orders you have to say excuse me I would like to order or im here for a pick up they say you have to wait very rudley thus isn't the first time I've complained you need to send a secret shopper under cover to purchase something or order online and see how they treat you you need older staff working with the younger staff

Parking: There only 6 parking spots“

“Tried the hot and spicy wings and I have to say it delivered the heat. Was pleasantly surprised of the flavor. Would recommend chicken had crunch, even though it wasn't fresh.

Dietary restrictions: If you have a dairy issue KFC is a good choice to eat. Obviously not the mac and cheese, but chicken, the biscuits is dairy free“

“From my previous experience this KFC has really stepped up. Service, Food impeccable. Atmosphere was much friendlier,. Although they ran out of chicken for 30 mins it was worth the wait. Thank you again. I think this one is the best one in the Bronx.“

“Food is always good, and the drive-through needs help, big flooding in drive thru... free parking lot, also Taco Bell.. always busy, next to highway cross bronx. The manager Anthony H. Is a very helpful person, on point, and good customer service. Get busy with the delivery orders. Aside from the homeless guy asking for money at the door and digging into the garage, in and outside the KFC.. Very good place. Definitely Better than Fordham, 149th, and bruckner... thank you, Anthony H. For all your help. We appreciate your help. Give it 4 stars because of Anthony, but lost the one star because of the old lady in the front end with no respect for people and being loud and curbing.

“I passed this KFC for over 6 years, and it's my first time going in to dine. The atmosphere is pleasant. The place is well kept. The staff is helpful and service was fast. The food wasn't bad at all. The bathroom is well maintained, which I like. Overall, it's a great little spot.“

“I loved my order the first time and went back a second time. They do have a limited Menu - no twister wraps, no twister combo, no original or spicy.Otherwise, the place is nice, clean and cozy!They do not give water cup, nor extra cup - they sell the empty cup the price of a drink. I know it must be based on their experiences- but I needed a cup to share my toddler’s drink for them. Despite that explanation I was not given a cup.Lastly, great quick service!Nb: I recommended based on what I purchased.“

“Been to this KFC a few times and they always come through. Food’s fresh, hot, and on point. Staff are super cool—Pamela especially, and the supervisor (don’t know his name) keeps everything moving. Place is usually clean, only downside is the AC doesn’t always work, which sucks more for the staff than the customers. Still, they always serve it up with a smile.“
