TGI Fridays

Service needs to be better. And it seems like everyone has an attitude, especially our waitress. We waited 35 minutes for food, just for them to come out with fries instead of onions rings. Once they saw we were frustrated that's when they picked up the slack. I highly doubt I'll be back to this place. I'll take the extra drive to go somewhere else, cause this seems like the only one over here. I love TGI Fridays food though.

I read the reviews before walking in because I work for a marketing company and know the importance of Google reviews. Of course the negative reviews were alarming, yet I still gave it a try myself with my husband. The host sat us down and accommodated my family as I had a 4 month old baby and did not want to much traffic around us. She sat us down in the perfect area, and was polite. I don't want to put down the waitress because she didn't have a bad attitude, but she didn't explain things well and she kept disappearing! It took so long for her to bring us each order, and between orders she wasn't visible. After waiting so long to get our entre, the food wasn't hot enough! Why?
