Caffe Cafe is a cozy and welcoming coffee shop that feels like a village spot where everyone is treated kindly. Many customers enjoy the warm atmosphere, which is perfect for relaxing, studying, or spending time with friends and family. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant experience for visitors. The menu offers a variety of drinks, with popular choices like the vanilla hazelnut coffee, Irish nut latte, and ice chai latte, all praised for their good quality. Customers also appreciate the seasonal menu and the chance to enjoy a peaceful moment while reading, working, or chatting.
Food options include paninis, which are considered good, and desserts like cheesecake, cinnamon rolls, and yogurt parfaits, which are favorites for some. The frutos di bosko cake is also mentioned as a reason for regular visits from distant parts of Brooklyn. Many visitors have their preferred drinks and come back often, describing the place as their "happy place" where they can relax and enjoy good coffee and treats.
However, some customers have experienced issues with the policy of not seating groups of four at certain tables, leading to disappointment. Despite this, the overall experience at Caffe Cafe remains positive, with repeated visits from loyal customers who value the friendly service, cozy ambiance, and quality offerings.
