“Good Times Deli is hands down one of the best delis in Brooklyn. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and quick, even when there’s a line. I usually grab the Super Chopped Cheese Roll and it never disappoints,fresh, loaded, and full of flavor. Beyond the food, it always feels like a true community gathering place where neighbors stop in, chat, and feel at home. Prices are fair, portions are generous, and service is consistently great. Definitely a go-to spot in the neighborhood!“

“Blue Star always comes through in the clutch. It pains me to have moved out of daily range of this place. Vic, Mo, and Rudolpho are truly the best- never failed to make me, my roommates, and friends feel welcome and always took care of us with excellent service.

“I was so nervous trying to find a place that makes Tres Leches cake with Flan in the middle in Brooklyn , no one makes it around Brooklyn and MJP bakery made it happen 🥰 the cake was so delicious, my guest loved it and asked me where it was from 😍🥹! The decoration was just the way I wanted 😍🥰 plain white beautiful! Since I was adding some Orange flowers on it ! Thank you so much for making my mom’s birthday so sweet and special 🤍 . The menu, which includes Mexican, Breakfast, giant salads (make your own)and Vegan options, is diverse and fairly priced, for a guaranteed AMAZING QUALITY and originality. The selection of fresh veggie and fruit smoothies is even more diverse and fair ($7.99/large), and in food and drinks, they will tweak them to your tastebuds. They also have an impressive selection of refrigerated drinks, many from small producers. Despite being crowded inside and on the four small tables outside, and sometimes a bit of a wait (since each dish/wrap is made fresh on demand), it is well worth every penny and minute.

Arrived as tourist and left feeling local.The guys here sorted out anything we needed any time any day, literally got treat like royalty with the staff.The food is impeccable, I was told to try a chopped cheese on my travels, I had nothing to compare it to, but delivered! The shop has been around for more than 50 years and still serves some of the best sandwiches in the city. We ordered the famous “3 The Hard Way” to try all three classics: pastrami, brisket, and corned beef. Each one was stacked high on rye, and the flavors were incredible. The brisket had that perfect smoky edge, and the pastrami was full of spice and tenderness. You can feel the legacy in every bite. It’s casual, local, and full of character. I’ve known them for a very short time, working across the street from the store, but the food is always fresh. It feels so good going into the store and they already know what you might be ordering because they understand breaks go fast and they want us to at least taste the food before the break is over. “This deli was a much needed addition to the neighborhood. I love their sandwiches. I’ve had one unpleasant experience trying to order a smoothie and substituting bananas because of my allergy. The man didn’t seem to understand what I was saying, and all of their smoothies have bananas so I just left. Kind of a bummer because theyre affordable smoothies, but I can’t take the risk. Their prices are very reasonable.“

“My wife recommended I stop here after I dropped her off at work at Mark Twain middle school. I had heard their heros are really good but it was 9AM so I was hoping for an egg sandwich. Asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a roll and I immediately knew the sandwich would be good because instead of pulling out a typically sausage patty disk (usually frozen), he sliced a fresh large sausage and laid it right on the grill. That sausage was delicious and somewhat unique. Fresh roll....nice job guys.“

The prices are fair for this hood, as the deli two blocks down, charges twice as much for many of the same things.
