Their Caesar slice is one of the best unconventional slices I've ever had. First of all, they don't reheat it, so if you're expecting a hot slice for this one you will have to wait for a fresh pie.
The slice stays completely upright, and this is key for the enjoyment of it. If the slice got soggy or floppy it would be a terrible experience. It doesn't taste like regular mozzarella on the pizza.
