The food was delicious! Authentic Japanese cooking, very fresh fish for sushi! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They helped us check on allergies for a family member. The atmosphere is fun and full of Japanese reference from pop culture to old Japanese photos. Great place! Highly recommend! Go to the second floor to find the restaurant. 5% off if you pay cash.
This place is def a hidden gem near the Brooklyn Heights. Spent the day in the city watching a Yankee game and wanted to hit up my hometown. Sat at the heights enjoying the view I wanted a place to eat within walking distance as I didn’t want to move my car. Found this place about a 5 min walk from the Heights and I’m so glad we ate here. We had a great experience at Don Neo Fusion! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. They even gave my son a token for a plushie from the vending machine, which was such a sweet gesture. We'll definitely be back soon! 😊😋✨

Don Neo Fusion 丼 is a neighborhood gem with friendly and helpful staff. Their takeout options include high-quality, delicious bowls. The restaurant also offers appetizers such as popcorn karage, handrolls, and mini bowls, which are perfect for sharing. This cute little nook is a MUST TRY! Their menu is a bit overwhelming at first but not once you figure out good matches. They tried a bit of everything to share; the thick men udon noodle soup with charsu, 2 pieces of unagi giant nigiri, & some of everything sashimi. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh! The decor and ambiance of the establishment was inviting and playful with the cool posters on the walls. Also, felt very spacious. One of the tastiest dons ever eaten! Lovely soft egg over beef and sweet onion perfectly prepared—wow! The onion was flavorful and still had tooth. The beef lightly marinated was tender and addictive after the first bite. The miso soup is way beyond the norm, with carefully prepared and slivered silken tofu, and fragrant miso. They give it their highest recommendation! The food portion is just nice, they got the Don buri set for $30 and they’re all so good. They love the variety that comes with it, it’s also so aesthetic. They have also opened a pet-friendly patio to dine in.
