It took them 15 minutes to make a breakfast wrap and made the people after me orders first. One worker was burning the food and was indignant because I complained the was burning people's food
Honestly, to watch people meander around when the line is 7 families long and a person is ordering 2 dozen donuts…employees are not stepping into aid roles to relieve the pressure on the sole cashier and sole food preparer…ridiculous.
