“The food was amazing, I ordered the falafel sandwich which was $8 and the chicken over rice which was also $8. Both were well made and the portions were generous. This is a bang for your buck considering how expensive meals are in this area. They even have a green sauce available that they make themselves.

Kazi himself despite a bit of a language barrier is an awesome person to speak to, he is generous in terms of helping his clients out both in pricing and with his sympathy. The service is awesome and overall I would recommend this halal cart/food to anyone out there!“

That’s why I came here to Registan — great service, no unnecessary questions, and very tasty food.

“Wallaaahi, it was the best bowl I've ever had. I walked 40 minutes to get here cause i had to park my truck far away cause New York aint Trucker friendly. I came from the 6six, and the price was really reasonable, 5 stars, i got the chicken bowl which was my first time here, even though i wanted to try the lamb, but i chose the chicken which i thought you could never go wrong with. I got the buffalo hot & told ack to mix it with the Thai chili sauce, GAHTTTTTTT, MASHAALLAH !!!! They were the best wings I’ve ever tried, I can’t even lie. Crispy, tender, flavorful, they surprised me. Wife got the lamb platter & said it’s the best she’s had. They really do cook back there with love & effort. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!“

“I recently visited Halal Munchies, and I have to say, it’s hands down the best place for falafel over rice I’ve ever tried! I’ve been to so many restaurants, but none compare to the flavor and quality here. “I've been eating New York City halal cart food since 1998 when my wife worked on the corner of 53rd and 6th Avenue. I would grab a mixed platter from Halal Guys while I waited for her.

Then I became a fan of Adel's a little further down the street on 49th and 6th.

My new favorite is this cart in Williamsburg. Service is friendly and fun and most importantly, the platters are tasty, cooked to order, and priced at pre-Biden prices!

I said sure, went and sat in my car. Came out few mins later and seen a fresh batch of pita chips being fried. I was pleasantly surprised. The meat dumplings were amazing; they had a sweet and savory filling and were steamed to perfection. The lamb kebabs and chicken were perfectly cooked, wonderfully seasoned and so juicy. I had the spicy beef wrap. It was of high quality and served on what I believe to be bread from Balthazar. I would have liked the beef to be more spicy, but it was delicious nonetheless.

There was approximately 100 grams of beef on my wrap (3.5 oz.). Next time I will order two or try two different types.“
