I wasn't expecting to enjoy the food as much as I did. It was HOT, FRESH and TASTY ??? . It was raining and I didn't want to cook or spend too much. I spotted two Chinese spots, I chose Halal Express because the outside of the building was clean, windows to the door. It matters. The next door Chinese spot was fitted with a tinted foggy window with scratches and all the looks of classic NY Chinese. I opted out.
