However, some customers report the owner is rude and dismissive, speaking in a harsh tone and seeming irritated by simple questions, making them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This behavior is disappointing for a local business. Despite this, the pizza remains a top recommendation, and many will continue to go as long as they live in Brooklyn.
