Roebling Pizzeria is a smaller and unassuming spot, but don't skip on it. Amongst the best pizza in the city, it has a delicious and crispy sourdough crust, fresh ingredients, and super flavorful sauce and toppings with plenty of veg and meat options. The pizza is fire with excellent dough and great specials. Good slices have a nice crispy crust, flavorful tomato sauce, and quality toppings. A great hamburger is also very tasty. The ambiance is great and lowkey, with sweet and personable staff. It’s so tiny you might miss it, but worth walking to. One customer saved their pie crust for the first time, it was that good.
