I've been to Sapporo Ichiban a few times and have consistently had a solid experience. The sushi is fresh and the rice is the right consistency, temperature, and flavor (sometimes the nigiri pieces have a bit too much rice for my preference, but it's generally fine). The servers are friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is cute and relaxed. I ordered out from Sapporo Ichiban because I could not go out. Food came faster than I expected. I went to eat at the place long time ago and other than that I only got deliveries. Popped in on a rainy weekday. Wanted something warm and tasty and wow did this delicious udon soup hit the spot! Chock full of veggies and chunks of chicken. Also an egg and shrimp tempura. Piping hot broth and great service.This is a great place for quick, delicious reasonably priced food. Love the bamboo and flower decor. Great service again. What a find!
