Parking: Sometimes it’s a hassle to back up when you just pop in to grab your order (as the drive thru line is right behind the close parking). Suggest you park further away from the building.“

“Stopped by the bookstore during our self guided campus tour. We had the most amazing barista ( her name may have been Cherry? Recent speech therapist grad?) She gave us SO much information about Buff State. She could not be more enthusiastic and full of Bengal pride! She was a wealth of knowledge about classes, local sites and most importantly shared some amazing advice with my HS age son about balancing school and a social life at college. She may be an integral part of my son’s college decision process.“
“Really just your typical, downtown metro. Starbucks location. Conveniently placed near downtown hotels, bars, and not too far from KeyBank Center. Convenient ordering, both in-person and on Starbucks' app. Probably the most convenient, quick breakfast on-the-go in downtown Buffalo.“
“I go to this location pretty frequently. I picked up my drink right after I got the notification that it was ready. Typically I don’t have any issues and my drinks always taste amazing, but a couple times I’ve had the issue of not filling the cup. Yes, I got cold foam and I understand it can deflate a little bit, but you can see a cold foam layer. Take that layer out and there’s a quarter of the drink not filled up. With the amount I’m paying for my drinks, I expect to get a drink that’s mostly filled up. I can go to another coffee place that will fill up my cup because this is ridiculous.
Update: After reaching out to customer service. They assisted me promptly and fixed the issue. I appreciate their respect and assistance to my comment. Customer service was amazing!“
“The girl that was working the window at closing was awesome. The automated system said the store was closed. She flagged me down as I was leaving the drive-thru and went out of her way to take care of me. I’m going to switch my primary store from transit and maple to transit and north french“
“I walked into this Starbucks at 6:15pm on a Monday night because I needed something to keep me awake (but not too hyper) while waiting in my car for my husband who was in the Buffalo General ER. The handsome gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) and the beautiful woman (Athena) were so kind to offer me a suggestion on what coffee to order and then proceeded to give me the coffee at no charge after hearing my husband was in the ER. I was beyond grateful and extremely humbled by their kindness and helpfulness. The “half caff Americano” with a touch of cream and a tiny bit of a flavor shot (I told him to choose one and surprise me- because I’m not picky and enjoy trying new things) was absolutely delicious and a perfect choice for this occasion. I’ve been to this location many times in my life but have a newfound love and respect for this spot after this experience. To the owner and manager of this Starbucks at 235 Delaware, you have some stellar employees. Thank you for making my night better“
“I love this Starbucks. The staff & the food & everything.. I just don't understand how people can lie about things on these reviews. Especially about a service dog that's NOT a service dog. And the only reason I know its not a service dog is because I live in the same building as the dog & I witness the dog jumping all over people in the hallway everytime it see someone. It acts like a playful puppy that wants to be played with.. THAT'S NOT WHAT A SERVICE DOG DOES!! I have both friends & family that have service & comfort dogs & they don't act the way this dog does.. The dog does not act like a service dog at all cuz if it was it wouldn't act the way it does when it see people or bark when OWNER is not home... So if this dog is a so call service dog shouldn't the dog be with the owner at all times at home & when leaving?!?!?!?! Isn't that the point of a service dog in case something happens medically to the owner!! So don't blame the store cuz of your stupidity!! If people weren't so strung out on drugs all the time... Then maybe they can follow the rules & wouldn't get yell at all the time when it saids no non service/comfort animals in the store per Starbucks website. Ugh🤦🤦 KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB STARBUCKS!! “I love this Starbucks. I live and work downtown so I'm a regular here and Cierra and the crew - Jaylin, Sarah, Tiara, Noman, Anjaya and everyone else, they always welcome me with a big smile and hello. They tend to remember your order, or they're willing to recommend something new on the menu if they think you might like it. Since it's in a hotel, it can get busy at times but they're efficient and power through the busy times to get orders out.“
“I think the managers name was Tesha but every time I come in she is the first to jump in and help any customers. It's honestly hard to miss her cheerful vibe and it makes me want to keep coming back here. Ive been to many Starbucks and she has definitely changed this location for the better.“
“Drinks are all the same for the most part at all locations however at this location I got the best Chai latte. Most convineint location as it's in target we all always stop by after we are done shopping and sit for the coffee. That coffee aroma obviously pulls you to the store. A part from coffee I love their mugs they are super cute and are a good addition to the collection if you in to buying city souvenirs not sure if starbucks is still selling those.“
“I absolutely love the vibe here. I walked in so miserable.. ready to go to work and man… I can happily say I’m on my way to work in a much better mood. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and everyone was smiling and truly looked like they enjoyed working here! The manager on duty at 8:50am on 10/18 DESERVES A RAISE! She has everyone doing what they need to be doing and they all are so happy! Keep up the amazing work!!!! I’m usually a Tim Hortons kinda gal but the cheese danish’s just hit the spot! After this visit I don’t think I’ll be going back to Tim Hortons! I’d rather spend the extra money and see people happy and loving their jobs! Seriously great work!“
