Starbucks in Buffalo

“This Starbucks location never fails, the service is always fantastic and the consistency of the drinks never fail.I went this morning, and most the baristas already remember my name and drink order, most the time I just walk up to the counter and they know what I want! Just goes to show how much care goes into the service!Management must be fantastic, store always looks good and the baristas work hard!“

“Now not normally a Starbucks person, BUT, when it comes to stability and consistency especially for a chain restaurant they are at the top... I base this solely off the Caramel Macchiatto, I have been to a couple coffee shops and not once have I received a consistently good product. I think consistency is key and they nailed it.“

“Great Starbucks location!

I stopped here several times to grab a drink while doing some work downtown over the summer, and I always had a really positive experience. The drinks were consistently good, the location was very convenient, and the store was always clean.

A special shout-out to Brooklyn, who was always incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. Great customer service like that really makes a difference and made my visits even more enjoyable.

“This Starbucks gets really busy, especially during school hours, but the staff always does a great job. I usually grab my coffee and study here during the quieter hours, and it’s a really nice place to sit and get some work done. Everyone working here is friendly and hardworking. Definitely one of my favorite spots on north campus!“

“It was a struggle today I went to the bank for some reason they can never process my transactions so . Should I walk to Starbucks around the corner and they were closed but still made me my chai tea latte with strawberry cold foam in the best part was I didn't have to pay for it. Because I was trying to use one of my cards but none work. So just that one little act of kindness made the rest of my day all right I was supposed to be at the library but I started to worry about money again main reason I need to get out of here and I need to go to work so I can talk to the proper people at the proper time at the proper place so thank you Starbucks people inside of the Hyatt regency motel in Buffalo 14204 I appreciate you“

“I walked into this Starbucks at 6:15pm on a Monday night because I needed something to keep me awake (but not too hyper) while waiting in my car for my husband who was in the Buffalo General ER. The handsome gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) and the beautiful woman (Athena) were so kind to offer me a suggestion on what coffee to order and then proceeded to give me the coffee at no charge after hearing my husband was in the ER. I was beyond grateful and extremely humbled by their kindness and helpfulness. The “half caff Americano” with a touch of cream and a tiny bit of a flavor shot (I told him to choose one and surprise me- because I’m not picky and enjoy trying new things) was absolutely delicious and a perfect choice for this occasion. I’ve been to this location many times in my life but have a newfound love and respect for this spot after this experience. To the owner and manager of this Starbucks at 235 Delaware, you have some stellar employees. Thank you for making my night better“

“Drinks are all the same for the most part at all locations however at this location I got the best Chai latte. Most convineint location as it's in target we all always stop by after we are done shopping and sit for the coffee. That coffee aroma obviously pulls you to the store. A part from coffee I love their mugs they are super cute and are a good addition to the collection if you in to buying city souvenirs not sure if starbucks is still selling those.“
