“They were very accommodating in helping us adjust our reservation when something came up and the service is quite good. I wasn’t thrilled with my old fashioned as it came with crushed ice rather than one giant cube. The apps were good and the sides are huge. The steaks are just a bit overdone relative to how they’re ordered and they do not come out sizzling. Dessert was good.“

“Hmmmm🤔. Ok, let me start off by saying I really enjoyed my steak sub. I've been eating Rick's Steaks since '1986, and have visited every store he's had.
My issue is/was, you guys phone is never operational and the numbers is/was not listed. Maybe it'll be corrected by the time this is posted. I drive a distant and pre-order would have made me not wait 30 minutes for 2 Steak Sandwiches.
One of my sandwiches wasn't correct at all but, it was tasty and enjoyable. The person taking my order did say the order was a little confusing but he explained if it was wrong just let him know and he'll make good on it. Again no answer on the phone and I'm sure I won't be remembered. But with all that being said... I'll be returning again soon and hopefully the phone is working.

“Had a great time last Saturday night for dinner- lovely space, excellent drinks, and the food was terrific. I was happy to find somewhere that had a nice variety of options. My Beau had the king cut ribeye which was deliciously cooked and additional blue cheese was provided. It came with loaded mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. He expected the veggie to just be steamed broccoli but it was a fresh and wonderfully cooked medley of 7 or 8 vegetables. I ordered the McRib and upgraded my fries to truffle fries. The pork was perfectly cooked, their house bbq sauce delicious and the bun was nicely toasted. Fries were perfectly cooked well seasoned. The only minor complaint was they seemed a bit understaffed when we arrived, our waitress seemed to be the only one working the dining room but was perfectly friendly. Will return!“

“I have been here a number of times. I always get atleast a 2" thick piece of prime rib. I know exactly what I'm getting, warm outside, cool inside bunch of hot au jus! I took our whole company to eat and everyone was delighted and impressed! as always thank you for a great experience“

“I go at least once a month sometimes twice a month for dinner. But tonight was my worst dinner there ! 8 oz. Sirloin dinner, and half way through my dinner I found an eye lash or black hair in the steak juice on my plate. Couldn’t finish my dinner at all.“

“Seems like Longhorns menu has shrunk since I been here last. With that being said the Cheese steak burger was the bomb. Very juicy with plenty of toppings with a side item. My wife got the soup salad combo. Shrimp and lobster bisque. The soup was awesome as well. Something different than steak since we wanted lunch and not dinner. So selection has slimmed but still great food at reasonable price.“

“I realize this particular Longhorn has had a few issues this year with unruly customers, however, we went back again, and I'm SOO glad we did!! The food here is beyond delicious!! I ordered the salmon, crispy on top and flaky, it is seriously better than any expensive restaurant, I have ever been to. Cooked to perfection, with an abundance of mouthwatering rice, and tender asparagus, again cooked to perfection. Whatever they use on the vegetables and rice? Is addicting!! The service is FANTASTIC. “Went to the Amherst NY location for my birthday on September 30th, our waitress Rachel was fantastic! She’s extremely personable, knowledgeable and caring. The manager is also excellent. My hubby ordered a blooming onion that Rachel reordered on her own, the second one was perfect! The manager even came out and spoke to us. We weren’t and didn’t complain at all but they made sure our visit was memorable and it was. I highly recommend this location, food, service and staff was excellent!
