“Love this place. They have fresh grab n go rolls if you’re on the run. There’s also seating to dine in. The rolls are reasonably priced and a good variety. There’s miso soup, dumplings, noodles and a small salad bar to grab and go too. Friendly owners and staff!“

“I really don’t understand why this place is like 2 stars with some terrible reviews. I had some extra meal swipes that I know I won’t be able to finish if I didn’t get some extra meals throughout the day. So I went to this sushi place, because I love sushi, and I had to give it a try. So I the shrimp tempura roll. Obviously it wasn’t made fresh, and it wasn’t the best sushi I’ve had. I’m from New York City, been to many big cities, and many sushi places. So it’s pretty hard to make “the best sushi” for me, especially if it’s not made fresh. But the sushi is still very good! The lady even told me to take a water with my meal since the sushi was $9 and the water would bring it up closer to the meal swipe max. Amazing experience, definitely looking forward to eat more often there!“

“This is one of our favorite local restaurants.my songs loves the ramen which is always hot, delicious and great portions. My husband and I are huge fans of the poke bowls. Everything is always fresh and delicious. It is one place we can all always agree on and everyone is happy afterwards. The family that owns it are wonderful and always provide excellent service!“

“Whenever I’m in Hamburg, NY I make a point of trying to have my lunch at Ichiban. It is so delicious and reasonably priced and the wait staff are very friendly. I was just there yesterday September 16, 2025 for lunch and it was wonderful. I informed the waitress that I had an appointment and she made sure I received my food promptly. So many great things to choose from, but I love sashimi!!!!! so I always seem to pick that very nice variety on the luncheon menu.“

“First time visiting; food was phenomenal! Easily the best Thai food we’ve had. We got the Pad Thai and Kung Pound Kyaw and it was delicious, great level of spice on both, very hot, fresh and quick. Friendly atmosphere and prices were also good. We will be back!!“
