Tandoori Hut Reviews
Amazing food and a great experience at Tandoori Hut Buffalo! I tried the Chilli Paneer, Chicken Jalfrezi, and Iced Tea, and everything was delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Definitely one of the best Indian food experiences I’ve had in Buffalo. Highly recommend!

Tandoori Hut is a Northern Indian restaurant offering an authentic and unique dining experience. The food is highly praised for its taste and quality, with dishes such as Chicken Tandoori, Lamb Curry, Dal, Roti, Naan, and Chicken Vindaloo. Customers often enjoy the pleasant scent of sandalwood incense that complements the aroma from the kitchen. Many visitors find the food flavorful, especially the yellow dal which is loved for its fresh curry leaves, and the roti that is perfectly made and satisfying when paired with dal. The menu includes popular items like Paneer Tikka, featuring six seared cheese cubes with a tofu-like chew and a creamy interior, served with grilled onion and green pepper slices. The Chicken Curry with rice is another favorite, with a rich, fragrant, and well-seasoned mild sauce. The Gobi Paratha, filled with seasoned shredded cauliflower and cilantro, is highly recommended, especially for bread lovers. Visitors also enjoy Channa Bhatura, which is described as yummy and reminiscent of a home-cooked meal, along with Veg. Biryani, Matar paneer, naan, salad, and Raita. The butter chicken is called "to die for," praised for its quality and reasonable price, and the mint onion paratha and garlic naan are favorites. Although the restaurant appears suited for takeout, dine-in customers appreciate the cozy atmosphere and the ability to hear each other clearly without loud music or TVs. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and accommodating requests for takeout boxes and foil. The small dining area can be rearranged to host up to 12 guests. Extra charges may apply for water, take-out boxes, and credit card transactions. Despite some variability in service, the delicious, non-greasy food and welcoming vibe make Tandoori Hut a great place to explore Indian spices and enjoy a "feel at home" atmosphere.
