Ribbon catered my wedding in May '24, and long before then they were practically family. This is the best place in Ballston Spa for more than just king Kev's cooking. Wonderful little place filled with happy people always with a smile on their face and a plate of something spectacular always on the way to a table. and that's not even mentioning why Kevin started the place and all the victims of breast cancer he's helped. 💗 love y'all 5 stars is hardly enough.“

The bagels are incredible and my freezer is always fully stocked with their day old bagels that they sell bagged up in front of the store. Their cold brew is so smooth and delicious and I’m always a smitten kitten for anyone that won’t charge me extra for oat milk.

The garlic and herb cream cheese is the best I’ve had in my entire life. The service is always perfection and I swear they only hire absolute sweethearts. The vibes are always exactly what I need and if you’re lucky you’ll hear the staff singing along to their favorite songs and their positive energy is enough to make you want to apply here yourself.

This has become my cozy little hangout spot after dropping my daughter off at daycare and I’ll continue to give them all my money always.

Shoutout to the bearded employee with the dunder mifflin tshirt who was just the perfect amount of positive energy to start my morning today. Love love love this place. Parking is always available and super kid friendly too with high chairs, comfy booths, and outdoor seating if they get a little rowdy. All their treats are kid approved by my 2yr old“

“I love this place! It's very quiet and calming,which is something I prefer. The cats are so cute and cuddly I love all of them and also got some cat earrings for myself in the shop. Service was great, very nice staff. Atmosphere is clean and spacious. I definitely recommend if you love cats and quiet spots.“

“I will never eat here again I ordered their afternoon tea. A plain salad plate which consisted of greens two slices of cucumber and shredded carrots, a cup of soup and I wanted a scone. They were out of scones so I reluctantly agreed to a piece of cake. When I saw they charged me 29 I spoke to the manger explaning my complaint. She refused to acknowledge that the meal was overpriced for what I had. The waitress never stated there was an upcharge. Had I gotten a sandwich I would feel different but for what I got the price was waaay out of proportion. Never never never eating here again.“

The lady at the register was friendly and helpful, and the kitchen staff put our order together correctly and quickly. I got a smile for free when I picked it up. Four not five stars for "Food" etc. because, c'mon, this is a Northway stop, not an evening at a Michelin-ranked restaurant...“
