“to the people commenting on the lack of ambiance...? i think it is fine. for me the music is "ambient" enough, along with the lovely wall mural, and photos showing what the food is....not to mention the collection of both holly AND "bolly"wood stars and starlets, adorning a back side wall. the dining area is always SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, and the bathroom shines. they keep the prices very reasonable, which is a HUUGE plus for me. the food is always great, fresh, and tasty, not to mention a lot healthier than the traditional american diet. staff is attentive. i never felt they "watch to see how many dishes you take", as someone suggested. they are likely making sure people get FRESH plates with every visit to the steam tables., since this is actually a restaurant/buffet health law...i have never ever, once felt like they wanted to "rush" me out. they are always very welcoming and accommodating.. The great thing is it covers all kinds of dietary restrictions. Everyone was able to have it!!! It was such a big hit at the party and I can’t wait for the opportunity to use them again!!! I went there recently before a show at Proctors, and unfortunately the kitchen was a little behind, and we did not have enough time to eat. The owner, Lex, is incredibly friendly and always makes a point to check in with us, ensuring everything is perfect, which it always is.

The wait staff and chef is just as hospitable, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The restaurant itself is spotless – cleanliness is a top priority for us, and Bua exceeds our expectations. My husband always opts for the sashimi and often takes home one of their delicious Thai soups. As for me, I love the orange chicken box because it offers a variety of options that never disappoint.

“I will never eat here again I ordered their afternoon tea. A plain salad plate which consisted of greens two slices of cucumber and shredded carrots, a cup of soup and I wanted a scone. They were out of scones so I reluctantly agreed to a piece of cake. When I saw they charged me 29 I spoke to the manger explaning my complaint. She refused to acknowledge that the meal was overpriced for what I had. The waitress never stated there was an upcharge. Had I gotten a sandwich I would feel different but for what I got the price was waaay out of proportion. Never never never eating here again.“

“Before I write a review I always make sure I try a place a few times to check consistency and such. This place definitely hits the right marks. The food here is always made with the premise of we eat with our eyes, everything is always artfully prepared and the ingredients are fresh. The staff is great here. They know their stuff and prepare everything expertly. I'm not even the type to do the healthy eating thing, I just like good food, and the magic of this place is I eat something that satisfies the taste buds but it's tricking me into eating healthier.“
