Jim, is the owner and winemaker and is very knowledgeable and especially passionate about his wine program. He and his wife were kept busy running tastings at multiple tables yet still taking time to sit and discuss the grapes,terroir, winemaking and the results.Reasonable prices for tasting and bottles plus a great cheese plate.Despite the grand name, the tasting room and production area share space inside a modern metal pole barn.“

“When the sun is shinning, it's an Arrowhead Spring day!But go on a cloudy day too.Enjoy fine wines, ( and beer ), good food & really nice digs.Robin, Jamie, Frank and the rest of the staff are very welcoming.When the weather is nice, sit outside looking over the vineyards.It's only 30 minutes from the center of Williamsville village.Coming in from the south, put your left blinker on as soon as you are going down the escarpment since the entrance comes up fast about midway down the hill.This is a very special place, you will love it.“

“Very comfortable spot with great wine and pleasant staff. The property is pretty and just across the street from Lake Ontario. We tried a few tastings and enjoyed many of their varieties… especially their semi-sweet gewürztraminer, Calica, D’Astra, Chocolate Obsession, and Butterscotch Sherry. They also have fantastic chocolates that go so well with wine! We look forward to going back during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor seating!“

“My family and I stopped in for a wine tasting on Dec 2nd and the gentleman who assisted us was very personable and attentive even though it was a bit crowded when we were there. I would recommend stopping in. The selection of wines was wonderful“

“If you are looking for sweet wine options, you must visit Honeymoon Trail Winery! They offer a multitude of options, many of which are award winning. This Niagara Wine Trail stop is quaint and cozy. It could benefit from a little refreshing and updating. They have a cute retail store with gift options located upfront along with a tasting room in the back. They offer a pretzel and cheese spread tasting. This was a bit disappointing. The cheese spreads are really tasty, but the delivery is very awkward. Someone comes by and brings you individual tiny stale pretzel sticks dipped in a little cheese spread. They are brought out one by one, wearing big rubber gloves. The gloves are appreciated for sanitation, but their presentation in this way really cheapened the experience. It would be much nicer to have a tiny bowl of pretzels along with the spread at the table, allowing us to handle them ourselves. It would no doubt increase their cheese spread sales! They also offer wine slushies, which were very enjoyable. A few improvements could really transform the experience.“

“Absolutely phenomenal BRUNCH! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything about this brunch was amazing.We arrived and were directed to the pavilion to sit wherever we wanted. It was admittedly a little chilly so they immediately brought over a heater for us to enjoy and warm up. The food was amazing. Everyone in my party enjoyed a brunch burger and none of us were disappointed in that decision! The cocktail menu looked so good and 2 of us enjoyed mimoas and bloody marys. I on the other hand, at 6 months pregnant was pleased to find out that anything could me made into a mocktail! The bartender/manager was happy to accomodate and experiment & I was happy to play taste tester for these delicious concoctions! Our server & a brand new server in training were so nice and very attentive, offering suggestions and recommendations when we asked. The chocolate chip cannoli was the cherry on top of a perfect brunch! Can't wait to go back & hope Spring Lakes brunch takes off and is a super successful addition to their regular offerings!“
